We purchased the round gold plastic…
We purchased the round gold plastic 'Happy 18th Birthday' The product was lovely, exactly what we wanted and as expected. We had a long lead time so has arrived in plenty of time. I read the reviews about delivery and must say that ours arrived by Royal Mail so that could be the reason of slow delivery that a couple of people have left low reviews for.

Items never received, dispatched or refunded
I placed an order on the 28th November and now on the 26th December I still haven’t received the items! They were for my daughters party of which I then had to buy again elsewhere! I have emailed several times and haven’t had a single response, the items were never dispatched and I have no way of receiving a refund. Terrible service.

Better customer service required
I purchased a Ginger Ray branded product and paid for express delivery as I needed it for a specific date. Disappointingly it wasn’t shipped on time so I ended up running around to find a replacement. Customer service was sanctimonious and we were offered a refund if we returned the late product (at our own expense).

Thank you for your review. We are really disappointed and sorry that your parcel didn’t arrive in time for when you needed it. Your order was placed on 29th and delivered on 2nd, which is within the shipping time frame stated on our website.
As it didn’t arrive in time for when you had hoped (the 1st), we have offered to cover the return postage cost in your refund, so this would not be at your expense.
We also honoured an unused discount code after you had placed and paid for your order, and have refunded you for this, as per your wishes.
For these reasons, we are truly saddened to hear that you are not happy with the service you received.

Excellent quality and fast delivery!
First time ordering from here, the delivery was super quick. I’m so impressed with the quality of the products! Ordered the pink unicorn wrapping paper and it’s so thick feels really quality. Also ordered some confetti balloons for my daughters birthday and they looked excellent, she loved them! Overall super happy, would definitely use again for more items in the future, thank you Polly’s!
