Customer Service Zero stars, product itself 5 stars
Well the products are awesome and super comfortable...When you can actually get your order. I originally came across some of the joggers at Costco and purchased them for my daughter who is a dancer. She LOVED them. So we got online and ordered her some more a few weeks ago. Twelve days ago I received a shipping order confirmation with tracking number. I watched the order sit in LA for a little over a week "waiting for USPS pick up." Then a few days ago I received a notice that one of the items we ordered was not available and it recommended a substitution. I requested the subtitution to my order. I tried checking my order status today because I never heard back from the support team that contacted me for the substitution and now when I try to check my order online it says it can't be found. I have tried contacting them via their Chat online and haven't received a response, was going to try calling but found their contact number is out of Hong Kong. So product itself is 5 stars, but customer service is a zero but just not an option here.
