RUN!!

RUN!!! Stay away! The only reason that got one star is I couldn’t give zero. They sent something I didn’t order and then want me to return it at my expense or get $15 on my $52 purchase.

Absolutely do NOT place order

Absolutely do NOT place order. Sizes are not true to size -eventhough they give you a chart. The medium (which is what I wear) was so tight. Wouldnt even button my bust.
Offered me $5 in COMPENSATION and advised I donate TWO dress ($50+) to good will. Totally unacceptable.

What a scam

I ordered a dress. Took 3 weeks or so to arrive. The bust size I cud barely even get over my neck. When I asked for a refund, i was asked to submit pictures. I did. I now received an email saying they would give me a whopping $3.00. DO NOT order from this company!!!

The worst

I paid for 3 tops and received 2, which were the wrong size and color. After sending multiple pictures, I was told I didn't have the right documentation for a return and that they could give me $6.....for a $63.62 order.
Rediculous.
Don't buy ANYTHING from them.

A follow up to my experience with this company…DON’T BUY!!!!

A follow up to my experience with this company. Just a suggestion…DON’T BUY FROM THEM!!! After being told by them that they talked to their manufacturing company and all was well, and trying to tell them that all was not well, I give up. They offered $10 refund - I spent almost $100 on four long hoodies (2 medium and 2 large) then this from them…”so, how about $12?” Really? Absolutely disgusting. I returned it to “Monica, no last name” in Chicago. I wasn’t going to return it to China which they advised me would be expensive. The package was refused by “Monica” and “FRAUD” was written on the package….Oh, OK - very professional. I will absolutely not buy anything from this company again (fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me). I have now started to ask companies when I shop online what the country of origin is (I found a cute outfit, but did not order because they said was from that country). I will just chalk this up to a bad experience that has taught me to be very careful

Don't do it

Don't do it! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!! I knew better when I started to place the order and should have listened to my intuition...but I spent $65+ on two long sweatshirts from an ad on insta. It shipped from Chicago and their response to my complaint (which I will detail later) was a $5 good faith refund. LOL They also said I would have to return it to China, even though their website says it is made in the USA and ships from CA. By the way, their site also says "Fast refund within 15 days for ANY dissatisfaction. 100% money back guarantee"....funny thing is the money back isn't near the amount you will spend for this crap product!
The sweatshirt material is a strange acrylic that is horrible, the seams don't even match up, the stitching looks like a child/beginner did it, the size-completely wrong-both sweatshirts were supposed to be mediums and they made them so quickly there isn't even a tag with a size inside . The bag had XL on each one. I can't even zip either of them up. Everything about this is disgusting and they shouldn't be allowed to do business anywhere. Of course they removed my review from their page and only keep the 5 star reviews.

I am extremely happy with these earrings. For the price, they are a real steal! They look much more expensive than they really are. Incredible value for such intricate and stunning design. Truly pleased with this affordable and dazzling purchase!

Received a lovely piece of jewelry…

Received a lovely piece of jewelry lately, quite eye-catching yet understated. Certainly, the price seemed reasonable, though the shipping duration of nearly three weeks could use improvement for a better customer experience. A detailed tracking system might enhance this aspect. Overall, a pleasing purchase.

I would not buy from this company

I would not buy from this company. I bought cat claw earrings that are pretty but identical. You need opposites to look right since you have a right and left ear. They are saying sorry they don’t fit. Can I give them to someone else. They wouldn’t fit anyone as we all have opposite ears! The add shows them with a right and left.

Disgraceful product & service.

Just terrible.
Poor quality item, discoloured, different lengths.
Offered a $4us if I paid for return postage. Emailed back that it was unacceptable, the person offered me $7us saying that it would come out of their salary & said we could have a happy ending! I’m not even kidding!!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. RIP OFF MERCHANTS!
Bought two pairs of earrings as a Christmas gift at a cost of around £50, they arrived in good time but looked like they had come from a gum ball machine, the quality was appalling and they were quite obviously cheaply manufactured. They were also faulty and not 925 silver as stated in the advert. Also shipped from China, NOT the US as stated on the website so made the farce of returning more expensive.
I had to go through PayPal in the end to get my money back but even that took ages as they made me send them back (more money down the drain) and then they ‘mysteriously’ disappeared when they arrived back in China, just like I thought they magically would.. Luckily I had tracking information and pictures to back my complaint up so I was refunded in full.
The company were really unhelpful, offering a $3 refund at one point!!!
Judging from the clearly fake reviews and badly worded listings on their website, I should have known better and saved myself the hassle.

Pollominate, goods not received and no refund

I placed an order with this company on 13th October 2022 and I have not to date received my items. I have emailed on numerous occasions asking initially for updates and then for a full refund. They keep telling me to be patient and informing me that they cannot cancel the order as it has been dispatched. I checked my consumer rights and informed that I was intitled to a full refund. I have not received my order which was placed almost 4 months ago. I am now placing the issue with my credit card providers to see if they can recover the money as after several requests for a refund it has not been forthcoming. Hopefully this information will help others to make an informed decision before ordering from this company.

Not to be trusted

Not to be trusted. I placed and paid for an order in September. Mid October Evri (their courier) said out for delivery- it was never delivered. Was told to wait 7 days - still no delivery. Made contact with Pollominate who told me to be patient. After being “patient” for a month contacted Evri who investigated and informed me it was ‘unaccounted for’. Told Pollominate I would need a refund, they told me to be patient. Long story short, they now tell me I can have a refund but after they have taken off their costs and delivery charges. I told them to take that up with Evri and give me a full refund - so how I don’t think that’s going to happen. Disgraceful customer service
