I've been buying with Polleo for quite some time now. And I was usually surprised with the stuff. Their approach was very professional and most of the time they are polite and helpful. Especially in the Cvjetni store.

I’ve been using Polleo Sport Whey Protein in the Swiss Choco Supreme flavor, and it has quickly become one of my favorites.
Also the Buenissimo chocolate bar is absolutely excellent flavour, very similar to Kinder Bueno chocolate.

I recently placed an order with Polleo Sport, expecting free shipping as advertised in their banner for orders over €50. However, they charged me for delivery, claiming that free shipping only applies to specific couriers. This crucial detail was buried in their terms and conditions but not stated clearly in their promotional banner, which is misleading and deceptive.

When I contacted customer service, instead of acknowledging the issue or offering a solution, they simply pointed to their terms and conditions. I requested a refund or cancellation, but their attitude made it clear they have little regard for customer satisfaction.

I have since canceled my order and will not be shopping with them again. If you value transparency and good service, I strongly recommend avoiding Polleo Sport.

False advertising! The website says that delivery is free for purchases over €50. This is incorrect, I paid the shipping costs for my purchase of €190.

Bought liquid chalk which doesn't work after a few days because it gets clogged up and then it's either impossible to push it out of the bottle or it squirts uncontrollably. Tried to leave a polite review on their page, but surprise surprise, that one never showed up on their page.
