Absolutely rubbish, constantly freezing especially after 6pm, impossible to watch, customer service extremely rude and arrogant, is typycal polish customer service, buy and fu...off....do not buy this service I'm using this over two years because my wife like a few channels but this is my last month, no more, every complains they try make you fool, as a customer you have only two rights pay and shut up.......avoid,avoid, avoid, let them go down.....

I’m very disappointed with the service from PolishTVCompany. The streaming constantly freezes and the programs keep skipping or jumping, which makes it almost impossible to watch anything smoothly.
For a paid service, I expected much better reliability. Unfortunately, this has been a very frustrating experience. I hope the company improves their technical performance and customer support because right now the quality is far below expectations.

Terrible services . I order 3 day trial to see if it is worth it.
5 hr. later still did not receive any access codes. Sent them massage with question when i can expect codes since they charged my CC moment i order it. I got answer after 5 mins. "Sent". Nothing more, just that. Problem is i did not received anything. Waited over 1 hr. and checked email 3 times. Nothing ,not even in spam folder.To be honest 99 cents it is great price to find out that this is scam, company that provides terrible services. I will make sure that all my friends and family stay away from them. If you look at site they guaranty 24 hr. service and yet i still wait for answer for my second massage and its been 30 mins. I contacted PolBox in mean time and not only got 3 days free to check it out it was up and running within 20 mins.

There's no other service worse than Polstreamtv. Every 10-15 seconds there are signal interruptions or total signal loss and I have excellent quality - 500 MB internet speed connection.
I used to have Polskytv for 6 years and their quality of signal was much better.
I'm going to switch back to polskytv after my 1 year contract with Polstreamtv is over

I do not recommend Polix TV to anyone!! They write and promise a lot but do not at all helping. Polix TV app has a lot of MINOR BUGS. It can drain the battery in your phone in 40 minutes. They write that they have 24/7 service, this is not true either, because you have to wait up to 4 hours for a conversation, and even longer for a text message.

It is like we live in the past

Very poor service the worst polish TV on US market weisted mony for that service I purchased subscription for one year and during one month of service at least 2 weeks without programming other time problems with freezing of picture and waiting for service to respond

No communication at all! Website down, phone number doesn't work... no service whatsoever. Scam

Please find someone else to do business with other than PTC. Nasty customer service if you are lucky. Most of time terrible attitude and should should be an example of how not to do business. Lot better provider out there.

Being a valued costumer for the last nine years, now having such a bad experience with Polish TV Company.
Cannot watch any of the providing channels for more than 5-10min (picture froze).
A technical department motivating this issue with an internet provider.
After contacting my internet provider and replacing modems and router twice, still have the same problem.
I wish a Polish TV Company will be able to provide the same service like 9 years ago but as for now one star is way to much!

Like everyone else recently writes We lost polishtvcompany service Sept 6 waited a week for service to come back and still nothing? We have given up on these people and went to polbox Much more stable and better service You however must purchase one of their IPtv boxes from them Extra $100 bucks Polbox service works great Picture quality we find better than polishtvcompany I live in Canada Took 7 days to receive polbox equipment Very fast

I got a phone call from polishtvcompany asking if I had a problem?.. Wow are they too late by three weeks Very Very poor service and they are hiding seeing they are getting in trouble for some kind of copyright infringement? My option is this get rid of them and go elsewhere Very very unreliable people and service Good luck allSept 20/2022

My grandmas channel’s are also not working for about 5 days now. Has anyone able to get a hold of someone from customer service and if so what number?

Was good till couple days ago tv not working, HD box and apps on TV, no customer service at all.

Edit. tv is back, but they need to fix not existing customer service, you can't trust company like this, disappearing and coming back just like that, time to look for different service.

My service just went out. Can't reach the customer service either. I am thinking it's a done deal , they went out of business or something.

I called the number and got a hang up. My mom lost her channels too.

Anyone know what is going on?
- all channels no access
= no phone for customer service
- no website
they are just GONE. normally this was because my subscription was expired but I cannot call anyone to find out.

I am still using this service, yesterday got notification on my tv that my subscription explored so I’ve paid for 3 more months and continue watching. My app don’t work but Premium Programing is good as always

Game over. They are not coming back ever

I'm not sure if anyone has taken a look at the website lately, but it is now redirecting to a website called the alliance for creativity and entertainment, and supposedly has been shut down due to copyright infringment?

My in-laws have been using this service for 2 years now and have loved the service until recently. This is their only way to keep up with Polish news and their favorite shows. Now it may seem not important but to them this is devastating.

The instructions to download PlayG were not thorough enough. Has anyone been successful? Please advise. My in-laws have the x96 box.
