Thank you Miss. Renuka & Mr. Prince for guiding me in getting the Term Policy. You both have answered me very well regarding my queries n doubt regarding the policy. You both been very calm n patience towards me in the entire policy process. And I hope in future also u people will help us out if any queries cums.

Good Part:
Initial Sales support when they wanted to sell me the Policy was good, they explained all the details the the person who helped me, was Mr Nitesh who was very candid and explained all the details about the Policy and was very co-operative with all the queries that i had.

"UNTRUSTWORTHY Part"
Once I bought the policy Another Person named Ms Renuka was assigned to track my Policy and then came up the "Actual Support" which they provide.

Since I already had a plan to change the payment frequency from Monthly to Annually I reminded PolicyBachat persons of it and I was told "Sir please send us an email once the Policy is issued and we will take the request and get it update with MaxLife"

I was reminded via call/whatsapp which I was already being Reminded/Communicated about the Policy company Max Life

As discussed with PolicyBachat representative during many previous calls as told i sent out an email requesting to update the Payment Frequency to them to take it up with MaxLife and change it and they simply told me to send emails to MaxLife team and not them !!

When i checked with them again per the discussions made earlier, one Mr Manoj Singh Principal Officer , Operations Head reach out telling me that "They are inclined towards Customer service " but would not support and that i would need to reach out to Maxlife on my own and that there seems to be some "miss-communication"

Now going ahead what very well seems clear is that any sort of request/Queries to Policy Bachat might just end up with they asking me to reach out to Max Life instead of them for any help!

So much so for the so called "Please be rest assured that we are 100% inclined towards customer service and satisfaction." email which they responded with.

I am NOT recommending PolicyBachat to Anyone Anymore.

If you are still reading this review I will Recommend Against PolicyBachat!
