Here to confirm many of the other reviews on here.
Firstly, Polaroid 'UK' is not UK based. They are based in the Netherlands and although you pay in £ and think you are buying locally, you are buying from a country next to us across the sea. Despite this proximity, it has taken over 3.5 weeks and I still have not received my package, despite being hit with a 30% increase of charges totalling £50 for 'Brexit' charges.
Have tried customer service with no effort to resolve the issue and a generic blah blah read the terms response.
Save your self the trouble and just order on Amazon, you would avoid the fiasco of charges; and they're cheaper too.
Worst of all it has been sent with UPS who are potentially worse to deal with than this horrible experience.
Not happy.

I ordered and paid for a Polaroid camera for my daughters Xmas present and it said 3-5 days delivery and it’s been week and half and still hasn’t been processed and it’s 2 days before Xmas now with no camera for my daughter. I’ve emailed numerous times and I’ve been getting slow reply’s with no help from them of when my order is being sent out, it’s like I keep saying the same question and they reply with something different instead of where my order is. Will never ever use Polaroid again would not recommend!

The website is UK and you pay in £ but any returns have to go back to NL. To send a camera back cost £20 and because it was a camera Hermes, DHL, DPD etc would not insure it. Customer service was shocking.

Only one star because I cannot give them none. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. If your product goes wrong you will get no support or service from them. They simply are not interested. Despite chasing now for weeks (you have to email them and request instructions on how to return the product bought on line) we have heard nothing other than computer generated emails saying someone will contact us. THEY DON'T. In my opinion they are simply ot interested in after sales care - waste of time, waste of money and above all a disgraceful company service mentality. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Bit of a debuckle purchasing through a high street store & the product itself. Having spent 20 minutes on the phone to Polaroid they gave me the option of two stockists "near me" Cambridge. One camera shop (never heard of it). The second only had an alternative. I then decided to buy online.

Item arrived I already had two packs of film retailing at a whopping 15 pounds for just 8 photos in each. It must have took 7 photos of adjusting the "colour" & "contrast" to get the photo right bearing in mind that was seven attempts for one photo = 15 pounds. Please either reduce the cost of film or invest more into the gadget itself. Felt like I put in more effort than the machine and obtained poor results for doing so. I would not recommend this product: Polaroid Lab

Worst experience I ever had with customer support. I messaged them that my delivery is on hold with DHL, my delivery was supposed to arrive last week and it arrived today, and I paid for DHL Express, 1 business day to deliver. They waited for Polaroid answer for like 4 days, to deploy my package.
They didn’t answer in 1 week for me, so I suppose that customer support from Polaroid is absent.
