Love these ice poles. Not too sweet, and interesting flavours. First bought one box of the non alcoholic ones to try. Have since bought 2 more as I liked them so much. Other family members have also bought some.

Delivery is so efficient and the Pola Poles taste absolutely amazing.

These are amazing, so full of flavour. Tried both the alcoholic and non alcoholic and they are both great. Natural flavours and very refreshing. This is my second order and will buy again.

I thoroughly enjoy my Ice pops. They are so refreshing. I like all the flavours, even the cocktail ones.I'm so pleased you are back from your break. I'm enjoying my 2nd order. I have made a 3rd order today. I want to make sure. I don't run out. Whatever season we are in. I will still be having my ice pops. While I'm enjoying my ice pop. I get brain freeze. Perfect.

Can not get enough of these pops! Second order of both the alco and non alco and keep coming back for more only disappointing thing is having to wait for restocks when they sell out.. so get stocked up!

When ordered was told 2/5 days still waiting over a week emailed them for update 2 days ago still no reply. This is awful customer service don't take payment for orders you can't fulfil will never order anything from them again and will definitely not recommend them to friends and family

These are delicious, and enjoyed both by adults and kids at our household. Wish them all the success they deserve. Dragon's Den really missed the trick with this one.. Will be re-ordering for the summer!

A lot of negative reviews are around the delay and its true after dragons den the wait times were huge but keeping in mind the huge increase in orders and the fact its a fresh product its fully understandable and was emailed continually through the process. The icepoles are lovely especially the aloholic passionfruit. Cant wait for them to open up orders again to buy more.

I messaged this company on their instagram as I’m currently pregnant and struggling to keep much down except fruit and ice poles. They were currently showing as not in stock and due to the circumstances they posted a box out to me that they had kept aside. This was so above and beyond and so sweet of them! Currently enjoying the fresh fruit sorbet pola poles and will be recommending them to everyone!

Yes, the delivery time from was a VERY long time, BUT having now tasted the products, I would happily wait as long as it takes!!!!

These things ARE AMAZING!!!!

Ordered both alcoholic and non-alcoholic versions. All utterly delicious.

But I will be ensuring that my freezer is constantly stocked with the alcoholic ones forever more! (Given the chance of course).

The very small business has been inundated with orders. My order did take 3 months to arrive. But I will be placing future orders as soon as I can.

I don’t normally feedback but … Like so many reviews written below I ordered the day after seeing this company on Dragons Den. I received the automated ‘apology for delay’ emails as well. I replied to the last email that said will be despatching shortly and asked that hopefully I’d receive my order for Easter Monday to give an extra treat to ‘our little chicks’ our grandchildren! The order arrived today 🤷‍♀️ too late for Easter but that was fine our next family celebration is mid May. On opening the box … the sorbet pops have a best before date of 7th May 2024 which is a very short timeframe. Alcohol ones were fine as January 2025.
I have given this company my upmost patience taking onboard they were a new up and coming company that were dealing with a huge demand for their products.
I decided to email them to say I was disappointed at the date given on the sorbet pops and would like them to send personal reply back. My email was returned as ‘undeliverable’ twice???
I daresay the pops will be fine to eat but that is not the point is … they should have had a longer date on them considering the time it took for delivery.

Placed an order on 27th January
19th March received tracking number saying had been dispatched
28th March checked tracking and still not left them
Emailed and asked for refund.

they are delicious, healthy and a good portion size
They are so concentrated in flavour you don't need much
just a shame they take so long to deliver. It's hard waiting as they are so good

So sad to read the negative reviews about a small business doing their best and working so hard to get our orders to us. Ours were delivered and they are absolutely amazing, so worth the wait, We will 100% be re ordering! They tasted exactly how we imagined and the elderflower one in particular is unreal! Thank you so much to the team, well done for smashing dragons den! Ignore the rude comments that clearly can’t even wait a month (guys, it’s not even summer yet - calm down and let the guys in the team breath!!)

Yes a delay but kept informed the whole way! Super tasty!! People get a grip - these are ice poles, not open heart surgery!!!!
