Account was frozen and I was accused of fraud, that's after they let me lose £125 AVOID
I recently joined pokerstars.uk under the casino section (not poker), I registered with all my own correct details and deposited money and played the slots and lost about £125 over a couple of hours and called it a night. I turned turn any bonus offers as usually you have to jump through hoops to withdraw any winnings otherwise. Anyway the next day, I log in and am advised that my account is frozen. I contact customer support and they responded with...
Hello Darren,
Thank you for your contact.
During our routine security check, we found that you've created or used multiple accounts
It was evident from our review that the purpose of these accounts wasn't to use the site to play, but rather to abuse our promotional offerings by receiving multiple bonus credits.
The Terms of Service which you agreed to abide by when you opened your account, under 'PROHIBITED USES, COLLUSION AND CHEATING', state that:
"FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOUR. You are prohibited from engaging in, or attempting to engage in, collusion, cheating, fraudulent, unlawful, dishonest or improper activity while using either the Service or any of the other services, products or facilities of the wider Flutter Group. This includes the opening of multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes, any game manipulation, or the making of any fraudulent payment, including without limitation, the use of a stolen bank card or fraudulent chargeback or money laundering."
Our full Terms of Service are available at: {removed}
As a result, you're no longer able to use our service. We don't take these actions lightly and any such decision is reviewed by a senior member of the team who, after looking at the evidence, agreed that this was necessary and appropriate.
If you have any questions, please let us know.
Regards,
Tiago

From that email, I feel that I am being accused of being a cheat, a criminal and a low life.
Now I know about 12 years ago, I had a pokerstars poker account when they was just poker but that account has no been used for over 10 years so assumed it would have been closed plus I didn't have the email access for the account any more.
I wrote back asking what exactly I had done wrong, and if they think that deposits where fraudulently made, would they be returning the funds back to the account that they come from?
But of course, they have gone silent.
