And got joltenon in an ace gem mint 10 couldn't believe it.

I think it’s a brilliant idea and also the service is top tier Thank you ( but one little thing this month box was terrible I’m sorry ) but apart from that I love waiting every month to receive my parcel it’s great

Good value for money, nice variety of packs, maybe have the option of choosing English or Japanese packs?

So I ordered a subscription box from this company I chose the standard which should include 3 booster packs 1 slab and a toy or accessorie.

The box came packaging is amazing by the way 👏

Yet I had 2 booster packs instead of 3 no slab and a toy, I had to to contact them to tell them as I was missing items 1 booster pack and a slab.
I contacted them through there Instagram they said they don't know how it happened as they pack them themselves but they said they send a booster pack and slab to me after the bank holiday weekend just gone.
A week has passed and still nothing i have messaged them on Instagram they have seen my messages but are not replying I don't know what else I can do i just want what I bought.

Well packaged, very nice sets.

Had a great selection of packs with some excellent cards and got a nice get graded 10 in there too so absolutely thrilled and can’t wait for my next one to arrive

It had what it had. No complaints. Just wished the ACE slab would have been better.

Bought an ultra premium box as a one off to try out before deciding whether to register for a subscription
When it arrived I was one booster pack short, and when I contacted PokeParcel Andrew was very helpful and offered to send out a missing pack as well as a couple of extras to say sorry
Received today and I got an additional three English packs and a dream box, which contained 7 Japanese packs!
They’ve gone way above and beyond and very happy to set up a subscription for the future 😊

Genuine company, very nice selection of goodies in my random box.
Definitely recommend these guys.

Amazing product, if you like the suprise box experience this is perfect for a monthly treat.

Received 2nd premium subscription and the PSA slab was damaged (not from the packaging was damaged on sealing the slab so not PokeParcels fault). Emailed the customer service and they was straight on to helping me. Sent me a new slab and the packaging to send the damaged one back.

Highly recommend.

Bought a standard box at a card show in Birmingham and was very happy with my packs and graded card definitely reccomend and will be ordering online 👍
