Never received goods i paid for and got no communication from seller just auto emails saying goods would be sent soon but never sent

Utterly a scam. I've also contacted the customer support and they wrote me "who the f*** are you", and I've the screenshot to proove it!

I bought 1 million stardust and 200 rare candy on 3/24 and I asked repeatedely when will my order be done. They told me it would be March 28 due to shadow mewtwo raids having a lot of orders. After shadow mewtwo raids, he said he would do the order the following day, but he didn't. I messaged him again asking about it multiple times, just to get ignored every time. Then, I went to their discord server and started saying how its a scam, THEN he replied to me and asked if I was drunk. I requested a refund but he is ignoring me.

Non-existence service. Definitely would not recommend.

Such a slow serice, bought coins and it took 3 days and then i bought the shundo service and i didnt even get a shundo and when i contacted them again they just ignored me and they still are ignoring me

Good communication. Usually replied back within 24 hours. It did take longer than the site claimed HOWEVER he did say he had a lot of orders and it happens. I still feel like this is 5 star service. I also want to add that with my first trade I purchased he covered the 1 million stardust I would have needed for free. He actually went above and beyond what I ordered. So the order taking longer than advertised WAS TOTALLY ok.

Good, only thing I’d improve is the communication between the customer and your selves.

No communication after purchase. Got the 7 Day Premium Boost and its still not done to date. No response from seller for more than a week. I cant recommend the customer service. If the boost is Running everythings good, but if a 7 day boost takes more than a month to be finished, I cant recommend it to anyone.

Got raid passes and they were completed

Placed two orders on october 9th&11th and only got one of the orders half finished, been asking for help to fully complete the first order and to do the second one, stopped getting replies altogether so not sure if either are gonna get completed. I have placed many orders before and always got very fast service and great communication, so its very disappointing.

A week has passed, the order has still not been processed, no response, no help. I will wait one more day, but I doubt that anything will change.

Rude seller, took days to respond at times. said he would start order one day then no communication for 5 days (or order start). I refunded part of the order he did not complete and he started acting like a victim of some hate crime.

I have never received my order. This is a scam!!

On July 25th, i placed an order for 60,000 pokecoins. i tried and contact the support on the website so i give them the details. The next day July 26, i add them on discord asking if they got my support ticket with my account details. They responded and asked for my order number, i gave my order number and i heard nothing for a day. July 27, i messaged them on discord asking for eta on my order and they told me they had a delay with my order and started my order, which was great was happy that it will be done soon since they say it can take up to 120mins for 60,000 pokecoins on the website, nope i was wrong. July 28-30 i messaged them saying when will my order be done? no reply. They have only done 42k out of the 60k pokecoins ive ordered. There is literally no communication other than first days then nothing for next three days??

I will update my review if i ever get the rest of my pokecoins but for now i will probably not be returning to this seller in the future. So if you wanna buy something off from them then be warned that they will not communicate with you at all after a day or so!

Ordered something and still hasn’t started it. I reach out for support and nothing. It’s been almost a week. No communication. Stay away from this seller.
