My 2014 review was polite, detailed but to the bone, and Pointsworld had it removed because 'it violated' Trust pilot guidelines (?)... but... I never received an email about it though. If I remembe... See more

Legit company, but be aware of the terms of condition!
I got my gift without any problems or issues, just be sure to read the terms of conditions carefully, so there won't be any misunderstandings! This is the best for both you and the company! :)
easy to earn points
I find pointworld very easy to use and funny too. Theres a lot of was to get points and only your fantasy sets the limit. I also will mention the costumer service, very fast and very good.
They do what they say, but take their time
They will send what they say that will send, but they try to send you other things instead of your gift (worst things, like mentos...). And they said to you that the gift would have taxes... when thats not true, they try to scare you to not have the present (wich is more expensive than they offer you)
But at the end, they send you your gift. They do not insist a lot and finally you enjoy your present.
I recomend it, but you have to be sure that you want
Very impressed

and a really great price.
communations was a bit slow and so was delivery.
AVOID THIS DISHONEST FRAUDULENT SITE AT ALL COSTS
Until the beginning of 2014 Pointshop was a nice site, where you could earn points and receive goods and Amazon vouchers without hassle. This is reflected in the glowing reviews below - prior to 2014. Then suddenly it appeared to go into meltdown, with various regular offers not available for some time. Although you were promised at least 10 points a day for visiting sites (this promise is still there) and 15 or more was common, the points available had been halved so the maximum possible is now 7, and 5 more usual. When I came to cash out 2000 points for £5 Amazon I found that the price had gone up to 3000 points (and my earning power had been halved too, remember). I decided to soldier on and cash out before abandoning the site, and yesterday reached 3000 points. When you enter the shop it quite clearly says 3000 points for £5 Amazon (I had been checking this regularly in case it increased again) but when I clicked to buy it I was told that only VIP members could now have Amazon vouchers. To become a VIP member you have to pay the site £25. I am in no doubt that the VIP requirement was being deliberately concealed so that mugs like me would continue clicking away unawares. After all, who clicks on Buy before they have the points to buy with?
I decided to cash out for the only thing I could afford, a bottle of shampoo. And found that I needed to revalidate my address. Now, I had previously validated my address (though why this should be necessary I know not, as if you give the wrong address you won't get your goods, will you? On that occasion they sent a letter with a PIN to my address and I had to put the PIN into the website. NOW they want a photo of a recent bill AND my photo ID. This looks to me like a clear case of obtaining information in order to steal identities.
I have reported this site to Trading Standards and now propose to report it to the police as well, as who knows what they want all that personal information for.
3 stars are for what pointshop used to be
I registered with pointshop about 5 years ago. Since than bought quite few stuff...let's say around 50.000 points. And was happy (even though took quite long time to get those points)
But now i'ts even harder taking about a year to get some points to get something good.
Also recently they ask for proof of identity or address. Tried to send several times the proof from my phone and on my computer and every time says folder to big. How on earth can i send my proof if not by taking a phone pic or camera pic?
very speedy
I bought a game from here and was given a delivery timeline of around 7-10 days. The order was dispatched the day i ordered it and arrived just three days later. Very impressive service.
Cool concept
sort flip cover
god deal-god service
Point deal is providing very good service and having reasonable range of products. of course it would be nice if they increase range of products
