The most helpful and knowledgeable response to my phone call. Plus, the gas canisters were despatched speedily and they arrived the following day. This positive and helpful experience has always been the case whenever I have needed to contact Point 2. No hesitation in recommending them to everyone.

Great product
Great product. I phoned the office and they were able to help my query immediately. They sent the jacket out straight away and it arrived the next day. Used it now in many lessons and felt super safe.

Having my jacket serviced every year…
Having my jacket serviced every year ensures that it’s working properly, so when I come off it gives me as much protection as possible. As a senior rider, I don’t bounce as much as I did in my youth, my body breaks on impact with the ground. This service gives me great peace of mind and is helping me stay in the saddle and active. Injuries mean time off work, and I must work to keep my horse. Having a fully serviced and reliable point two to wear every day is a no-brainer. Thank you so much 😊

When you place an order from the UK website you do not pay any vat which is why you have to pay the import duty/taxes when you receive the goods. Please consider changing your star rating as this was not a fault of Point Two.
Exceptional service
Exceptional service. I replaced my point 2 air vest last week which I had used regularly for 11 years. The lanyard had snapped but I decided to go with new rather than just replace the lanyard. The jacket arrived 18 hours after ordering !
