Great initiatives and points based promotions however the one we signed up for $550 gift card and 120000 points routes back to anz and after lengthy delays on phone around verifications both personal and product i have to say very frustrating dealing with these people.
It would be good if there was some human contact along the way to simply welcome and give some initial verification?
