Best holiday in a long time
The hotel and facilities were great, the staff friendly helpful. Food and Drink was fantastic. Beautiful location.
Great mini bus service into the great little town. Especially Maritsio (Sorry for the incorrect spelling) having a great chat and understanding each other even through I speak very little Italian !!

It was a fantastic summer holiday venue…
It was a fantastic summer holiday venue with plenty to do at the resort or easy to get to the town if you want to venture out. We stayed half board and the breakfasts and the dinners were amazing and you had a wonderful view of the lake too.

Amazing Stay
We really enjoyed our stay at Poiano Resort. I had asked for a high room and we got exactly that. The upstairs room was great with an amazing view over the resort and beyond. Shuttle bus was good and regular. My only issue was that the little shop on site was not well stocked at all. Didn't even have necesities. We would definitely recommend.

One week seeing friends in the local area.
We spent an excellent week here in Garda. The hotel was first class with the room, and service brilliant. The food was exceptional and they catering for our gluten free diet, outstanding. The only difficulty was the provided transport into town, although available was spasmodic and sometimes late.

Excellent accommodation
Excellent accommodation. The location, facilities and services are unique. I was a guest with my family for several years. We are planning a visit in 2025 as well.

Yearly visitors for over 3 decades
For 32 years we've always stayed in C or D block...this time was A ...we found it not to our liking and accommodations were found for us up in D Apartmenti. That, in itself made us incredibly happy. Poiano is our second home and has been the number 1 choice of our 4 generations.
The view is amazing.
The proximity and shuttle to Garda is excellent.
The front desk is so helpful with advice or assisting us in reserving seats in the many venues around Verona. They speak German and English very well.
Truly wonderful...
And we noticed the large amount of gardening and tree removal that's taken place - it really has enhanced the view.
