I ordered a Lazy Lounger back in November 2025. It was advertised on Facebook and promised delivery by DHL express. It never arrived from Italy as promised. I sent several emails and was referred to a company called Tightermite +39 3475655781. No reply to my emails or phone calls. I think i have been scammed.!

I would rate pogoluxe a zero if I…
I would rate pogoluxe a zero if I could. I never received my lazy loungers. Like other reviewers I can attest that customer service was responsive at first, but they’re nowhere to be found now. I’m out $84 and have no product to show for it. They don’t answer e-mails and the number they provide no one picks up.

Bait and Switch Scam
Title: Misleading product – received a sticker instead of Lazy Lounger
I ordered a Lazy Lounger from this company and paid €29,99.
At the beginning, customer service was responsive, but communication stopped shortly after. It took weeks for them to provide a tracking reference. When the parcel finally arrived, it contained only a sticker, not a chair or any type of lounger.
The item delivered does not match what was advertised or purchased. I contacted the company again after receiving the parcel but received no response.
I am posting this review to warn other consumers.
