Received both orders at different, deparate times. The first one arrived one full week after the tracking number has reported it delivered. Apparently, it was delivered to a distributor in our area and was subsequently sent to me. All praises for the support team, who assisted me and promptly wrote me back. great service!

I ordered two romper style dresses both size medium. One came extremely smaller than the other and damaged. I contacted them to return the damaged one for a refund and they offered me a $4 credit. After numerous times of going back and forth their final line was crediting me $10, which is less than half of what I paid for the item. Horrible customer service. Not to mention that both items are horrible quality. I can compare the material to tissue paper. Horrible company. I would suggest never ordering anything from them.

I would give these people -10 stars if I could. Company policy for returns state I have 14 days to return my items but they will not provide me the address to send the items back. They sent me the wrong items from color to size. They asked me to send them a photo copy of the QR code of the items and I even took a picture of the items and my order confirmation. They will not let me return my items and only want to compensate me $5 for my order that I paid $50. After they received the QR codes from me they told me their records indicate that they were the correct items sent. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE AS THEY ARE THIEVES AND LIARS! NEVER AGAIN

There are two math ‘errors’ and one billing ‘error':
- Order placed March 26, 2025
- March 28, 2025 (Still Not Received)

1 - The products cost $4.89 each and the offer is 'buy 2 get 1 free'. You billed me for all three at $13.98

2 - Sales Tax $5.92. This calculates at 59% Sales Tax. An Adjustment is required.

Shipping Insurance was not offered to me as a choice (.70) and given all of this dishonesty, was $8.99 for shipping an accurate price especially given that it's been 35 days and I still haven't received nothing?

And to sweeten your pot, you arbitrarily increased the overall price by $5.92 when you sent the bill to PayPal. Is this what you do with all of your customers? You refunded the $5.92, but you did not refund the overcharging of the product nor the exorbitant sales tax.

At this point I do not expect to receive anything and demand a complete refund. I also do not recommend that anybody shop with them. Purchase at your own risk.

Bought this item; pleasantly surprised by quality and comfort. Breathable and fits perfectly without wires.
