I’ll start by saying Poggenpohl kitchens don’t deserve a one star review, I had a kitchen from them fitted in April and I’m still changing doors over, the quality of the kitchens is utterly appalling, the doors (38 I think) all needed replacing, as did most of their trims as the all had rough edges around them

These are cheap made kitchens of the poorest quality, expensive, but very poorly made, additionally their glass cabinets, doors made of some sort of cheap aluminium, again low low quality

Buying a kitchen from Poggenpohl is the worst decision I’ve ever made, complete waste of money (in a £95k kitchen)

Poggenpohl "aftercare" from customer services has been absolutely outstanding.
Our Poggenpohl kitchen is nearly 30 years old (but still in wonderful condition), but we had a severe problem with a door hinge. No local kitchen fitter or Handyman was interested in coming to sort it out. Eventually we thought to contact Poggenpohl. They arranged for their highly experienced senior service engineer to visit, who found the hinge had fractured (after nearly 30 years of daily use!) and replaced it. All now working like new.
The lady who deals with the phone ins and arranges appointments, as well as the engineer who came were absolutely delightful and totally customer centred.
Could not have had a better experience. Thank you Poggenpohl.

This company is very disorganized. - our kitchen was initially installed nearly a year ago and still isn’t finished. We still haven't had the "super clean" they promise as it is not finished. Every time they visit, they seem to have ordered the "wrong part/wrong size" and then do not seem to return for another month. Once they have your money they have no pride or interest in what they deliver and are slow to respond to emails/calls. They promise you the world and the service quality is very poor. I would recommend looking at other alternative providers.

Poggenpohl live up to their reputation for quality, design and service. A special shout out to Dean Chapman at Poggenpohl St Albans who was there with incredible help at choosing stage, planning and fitting with exceptional after sales service.

Love love our new flush upvc windows, they look really up market and similar to aluminium/timber but with a affordable price tag. Thanks Ideal Glass for your great service.
