no replies to my previous emails/complaints/review, but today I found a "support" email... which replies "this support system is no longer in use, go to the website" where OF COURSE there's no mention of wrong reports and terminated accounts :D !!

Decent site to store podcasts/music mixes and make available via RSS feed to Apple etc. The main cause for my rating is the customer service and billing. I was on a plan that auto-renewed when I thought I had cancelled it. The price was 3 times the previous year and I reached out to their support immediately when the payment went through. They refused refund and haven't responded back again since, even though they've charged me the new significantly higher price. Would've been nice to discuss a discounted rate to the plan or a lower plan. Terrible customer service. Find an alternate to Podomatic, it's a basic storage service with over the top pricing. No email reminder for upcoming subscription renewal or invoice payment confirmation. Hopeless.
