Got delivered my car by Jr on time very professional and friendly

Highly satisfied had a good experienced got delivered on time

I spoke to a chap called Oz and also the office staff and everyone was brilliant. I had a lot of questions to ask and be answered which they did without complaint. It gave me confidence in them along with the reviews on here.

I didnt go through with the transaction and they were very gracious about it and had no problem refunding my deposit although i gave them 25% of it as a gesture because i appreciated them.

If my situation changes i will go directly to them and will also be popping in to meet them when im passing to maintain the relationship.

I strongly advise everyone to avoid Podion.

They sold me a van that was clearly cosmetically dressed up to look good in photos, but in reality, the vehicle is in very poor condition. The pictures looked excellent, but after the first proper wash, all the temporary products came off and the real condition became obvious .

The van has:
•⁠ ⁠Multiple dents across the body
•⁠ ⁠Faded and heavily worn plastic trims(front, rear, handles) that had been artificially restored with products to hide damage
•⁠ ⁠Interior issues, including the gear stick leather being glued together with adhesive
•⁠ ⁠An engine oil leak, despite being told it had already been repaired

After I raised these issues, they completely stopped responding no calls, no replies, nothing.
Not professional at all.

On top of that, they arranged an insurance policy using my driving licence details, had me sign documents, and I later discovered:
•⁠ ⁠The insurance was not directly from them, but from a third-party broker
•⁠ ⁠The broker had already paid them in full
•⁠ ⁠The policy they sold is not accepted by mechanics,making it useless

When I tried to cancel:
•⁠ ⁠They refused to help.
•⁠ ⁠Provided invalid contact details
•⁠ ⁠Ignored all further communication

I contacted the broker myself, and they confirmed cancellation is possible — but only if Podion confirms it, which they are refusing to do.

I have already contacted the Police and will now proceed with legal action if this is not resolved.
This has been an extremely stressful and Frustrating experience.

👉 Be very careful when buying vehicles online from this company

Dear Podium And All.

I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint regarding the vehicle I purchased from your company.

The vehicle delivered to me is not in the same condition as advertised. It is clear that the car was cosmetically prepared (cleaned and treated to look presentable), which misled me into believing I was purchasing a vehicle in a much better condition than it actually is. This is completely unacceptable.

In addition to that, I am facing a major issue related to the insurance arranged during the purchase.
Your team used my personal details to set up an insurance policy, and since then:
• I have been unable to cancel the policy
• The contact details provided by your company do not work
• My calls and emails are being ignored
• I am now being harassed by the insurance company for payments

This situation has escalated to the point where I had to contact the police for assistance, which clearly shows how serious this has become.

I am formally requesting:
1. Immediate assistance in cancelling the insurance policy
2. A resolution to this matter within 48 hours

If this is not resolved urgently, I will proceed with:
• Reporting your company to Trading Standards
• Escalating the case legally through a solicitor
• Taking further action for misrepresentation and financial damages

I expect a prompt and serious response.

Naeem delivered my car on time and updated me along the way, which was good. However, the car arrived with two very large scratches on the windscreen in the line of sight. It looks like the wipers have been used and stones were dragged across. Unfortunately I had to discover that myself, Naeem did not make me aware of it which is a shame.

Manzoor delivered my vehicle in perfect condition.
