I had various technical questions for customer support. All my questions were answered in a very short time, and my own mistakes were corrected.

I've been working with podigee for my podcast for over a year now, and it works perfectly for me. I have all the features I need, and twice so far I had questions with which I contacted the support and both times they came back to me really quickly, very competently and with the answers I needed. So both thumbs up to podigee from me.

Good service and great, fast and helpful support at affordable prices. Easy to handle especially if you're hosting a lot of different podasts with different editors/publishers. And, last but not least, for german users: DSGVO-conformity!

The Podigee-Support-Team replies very fast and they are very helpful. I totally recommend to host a podcast via Podigee. You have a lot of options in the analytics tool and the upload is kinda easily to manage.

Fast response times with comprehensible solution proposals. I really liked the Happy Podcast email, with the option of a free consultation, which was very helpful for me.

I was absolutely stunned how fast and efficient the support worked- I had made a mistake trying to redirect our listeners to a new podcast name and the support team not only helped me within an hour, they troubleshot quickly and fixed my mistake for me...while I still had no clue what I did wrong :-)

i love the publishing flow. but it's just forms, right? yes AND they give me the possibility to work parallel (uploading AND filling out the forms in the same time). so i am fast, it's stable, it has nice features like the headliner teaser, the publishing is smooth to all the podcast providers and the analytics are nicely reduced to what i need to know.

AND the support is fast and always in a good supporting mood!

AND pricing is fair and affordable.

I host 5 podcasts and in some i collaborate with co-hosts in some i am by myself. all easily possible.

Podigee is absolut easy to handle and very user friendly. We never had any issues in almost three years of Podcast hosting. And the one issue we had was resolved to our full satisfaction due to their great customer service.
We released an episode a day early and when we recalled the episode we accidentally recalled the entire Podcast. We realized this after a day and the support helped us immediately not only to reactive the Podcast but also to set everything back to the original start date, which ist important for statistics and so on.
Support was very proactive and helpful.

I really loved doing my podcast with Podigee. The functions and service are excellent. Plus, the team reacted very flexibly and helpfully to a request of mine, truly going the extra mile for its customer!
