Not so great, Tesco’s charging points
I had well I should say I’ve had many problems with their charging points where they start charging and stop. I’ve complained many times and this time because I threatened call action and ASAR request. They gave me my refund. I went to a charging point it charged the car up to 70% and just stopped. I had to unplug it after waiting an hour or more and then wait again until it was fully charged. First of all, would’ve tried to fob me off with one email and when I threatened caught action they compensated me £30 for all the stress and sitting around on a bank holiday trying to get your car charged so sorry I don’t rate you fix your systems and then everybody will be happy because Tesco’s are getting really upset with the constant thoughts and updates you have to do so if you was looking for a polite and respectful outcome I’m only gonna speak the truth. You did resolve the issue, but I had to threat legal action which I would’ve carried through 
Lack of communication poor service
The automated side of the booking very efficient but once you try and talk to the a human being forget it , email the same you get an email answer immediately then can take two days plus to get a response, Ask for a call back due to lack of communication no call your coordinator never available . Finally booked an appointment then they changed the appointment without checking . On the plus the technician ( Sub contractor ) Jim brilliant very professional.

Very helpful and professional help from Carl at pod point who was able to resolve my problems quickly, he was very clear in his advice and explained what had caused the problems, he stayed on the line until I was confident that everything was working and everything had been sorted.

Review of charger installation
Only had our installation so far, haven't used the charger yet as we are still waiting for our car. But installation was good, arrived on time and installation is neat and tidy.

Big Ash was amazing
Big Ash was on time, explained everything, worked around me dropping the kids off and my sisters meeting. Installed the Pod neatly, tidied up and explained how to use it. The whole process was simple and easy.

Used podpoint charger for first time, very easy to set up. However I noticed my account had not been debited. Queried this, very quick reply and all sorted. Will use again.

The service was prompt and reliable
Once through to the tech department
At the beginning the contact with the company was close to terrible. I was passed over to multiple people, each email came back from a different person with little to no progress over multiple days. When I was finally given to the tech department everything changed and the support was excellent. Today I had Zion out to look at my charger and he hit the customer service mark in every way, he was outstanding and has got us charging and upto the standard I expected from the start. He also explained the whole system without getting to technical. 4/5 is only due to the initial communication with Pod Point.
