Biggest Thanks to Tracey and Laura (and team) for their mammoth effort in East Anglia for assisting with my 83yo mother’s clean and hoard issues I. Her 2 bedroom park home. It was a huge job and both my Mum and I are sincerely grateful for all your hard work. You’ve brought Mums place back to a SAFE, clean and accessible space to relax in. Living in Australia and being aware of the worsening state of her house was incredibly stressful and I am so grateful that Mum finally got the help she needed. The communication was regular, clear and honest. All attendance, plans and updates were transparent, inclusive and respectful. The organisation of mums personal effects was very efficient and makes my job easier to assist mum with the declutter/donation aspect of making space again.
I wouldn’t hesitate to re engage with this team or to refer them again in the future.
