Scammer (Omar Asadi)

I was dealing with an affiliate named Omar Asadi (ID: 115018857), who used persistent pressure and misleading claims about profits to convince me to deposit more money. I was not trading independently and relied on his guidance. Even after I clearly explained my financial difficulties, he continued insisting on additional deposits.

He also presented profit results and credentials that appeared misleading, which created a false sense of trust. After my funds were lost, he stopped responding completely.

I reported this issue to Pocket Option with full evidence, but they responded that no violation was found. This raises serious concerns about how affiliates are monitored and how user complaints are handled.

!!AVOID AT ALL COST A BIG SCAM!!

!!AVOID, PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS I DID IT IS A WASTE OF YOUR MONEY AND TIME!! First of all they manipulate the trades so you can basically never go into much profit and you can see that because also I saw some other people say the same thing. Now the biggest problem is that after you provide all the documentation you need and even after they accept it and you deposit money, they will ask you for a proof that card is yours which is fine I guess, but then they will not accept your card for absolutely no reason and of course you can not withdraw the already deposited money from the account and basically all the profit and whatever you deposited goes to them. After I complained multiple times they blocked my account permanently for “money laundering attempt. It is a big scam and please do not be stupid like me and fall for it!

Pocket Option appears to manipulate…

Pocket Option appears to manipulate outcomes for certain traders. It seems likely that some users are allowed to win so the platform can maintain credibility—otherwise, no one would continue using it. However, the number of consistent winners seems very small.

One major issue is the difference between the demo account and a real account. A strategy that performs well on the demo often fails when applied to real funds, leading to significant losses. This raises concerns about whether trading conditions are truly the same between the two environments.

In my personal experience, I repeatedly ran into a pattern where my balance would grow to around $75, but I was never able to move beyond that point. Each time I reached that level, I would suddenly encounter a series of losses—sometimes up to eight consecutive losing trades—which had not happened before reaching that balance. This felt unusual and raised concerns about possible manipulation.

Additionally, I’ve seen multiple reports from other users claiming difficulties when attempting to withdraw their funds, which adds to the concern.

In addition, Pocket Option restricted my ability to communicate on their platform by muting my chat, which stopped me from voicing my concerns.

Based on these experiences, I would not recommend this platform, especially for beginners who may be more vulnerable to these risks.

WITHDRAWAL OF $12,000 (ID 13202221) HELD - STOP LYING TO YOUR CLIENTS

I am a fully verified user (ID 107062780) and I am writing this to alert the community about a major issue with withdrawal ID 13202221 for $12,000.00 USD.

Pocket Option support keeps sending me automated responses claiming that the delay is caused by the 'financial provider'. This is a LIE. Technical proof: The 'CANCEL' button is still active on my dashboard, which means the funds have NOT left Pocket Option’s internal system. If the provider had the money, I wouldn't be able to cancel.

They are withholding my legitimate profits and affecting a real-world commercial investment (physical store) I have in progress. I have already opened a dispute on Forex Peace Army and will contact the Mwali International Services Authority (MISA) if this isn't resolved in the next few hours.

DO NOT trust them with large amounts. I will only update this review once I receive my TXID and the funds in my wallet

Security Breach - $580 stolen while account was "Suspended" (Ticket #1123543)

I am reporting a major security failure by Pocket Option. My account (UID: 120049025) was "Suspended" for ID verification. During this time, the platform allowed an unauthorized user from Atlanta, USA (IP 8.7.245.101) to log in and drain my $580.32 balance through illegal trading.
Support (Ticket #1123543) admitted that "Suspension" does not block trading. This is gross negligence. How can a platform be "secured" for verification but still allow trades from a foreign IP? They refused to refund my deposit despite clear technical proof that the breach happened on their end while they held my account.
I have all the screenshots of the Atlanta IP logs and the support admissions. I will not stop until this is resolved. Pocket Option, refund my $580.32 immediately.

UPDATE Mar 22, 2026: Pocket Option has now officially refused to take responsibility for the security breach that occurred while my account was UNDER MANDATORY SUSPENSION for verification. They are ignoring their custodial liability for a breach that happened in their own system while they had total control of the account. I am now proceeding with a formal fraud report via eConsumer.gov and contacting international regulators.

Breach of Contract: Pocket Option refuses to pay $424 profit!

Update - Day 17 of Dispute:

I am writing this to warn all traders about Pocket Option. My account (ID: Lanying Guo) was arbitrarily banned after I successfully made a profit.

On March 12, after several deposits and some losses, I finally managed to grow my last $100 deposit into a total balance of $524. When I requested a withdrawal of my $424 profit, the company canceled the request and blocked my access the next day. They only returned my initial $100 deposit and confiscated $424 of my legitimate trading profit.

Support claims they fulfilled obligations under "Section 10.3," but they refuse to provide any evidence of rules being broken. As per Section 5.6 of their own Public Offer Agreement, these profits were legally credited to my account. This is a classic case of a broker refusing to pay a winning client. I have all the records and will be reporting this to IFMRRC and sharing my experience on every major trading forum until my $424 is paid. Stay away!

UPDATE March 20: Support just replied again, still refusing to provide ANY evidence of the alleged "violation." They admitted my trades were valid enough to refund my deposit, but they are "confiscating" $424 of my profit without cause.

Question to Pocket Option: If I violated rules, why did you refund my deposit? If my trades were valid, where is my $424 profit? This is a classic "Broker Trap": They welcome your losses but steal your wins. I will now escalate this to IFMRRC and Forex Peace Army.

The broker claims to have fulfilled obligations by only refunding the last deposit. They are using Section 10.3 to 'reset' my account balance and erase my legitimate profits ($424). They accept my losses from March 10-11 but refuse to recognize my wins from March 12. This is selective accounting and theft.

I want to report a problem with Pocket…

I want to report a problem with Pocket Option.

I deposited about $40,000 on the platform through several card payments. Later my account was suddenly blocked and I could no longer access the platform.

Because of this situation I contacted my banks and opened chargeback requests. Part of the payments were returned (about $14,000), including payments processed by UAB Walletto and other acquiring banks.

However, several payments processed through Bank of Kigali were not returned. My total losses are still very significant.

My Pocket Option account is currently blocked and I cannot use the service or access the platform.

I request Pocket Option to review my case, explain the reason for blocking my account, and help resolve the remaining payment issues.

I hope the company will respond and provide a fair solution.
