Thank you for the review and I'm sorry the Swiss Army Knife wasn't with you in time for Christmas.
However, the delivery schedule of 2 - 5 working days is from the 1st working day. As you ordered on a Saturday, the delivery schedule counts from the Monday (which is the 1st we could have processed your order), so 5 working days from the Monday is Wednesday 29th December, so you didn't actually choose a service which guaranteed Christmas delivery.
I understand why you choose the slow service as the product was £13, and you weren't going to spend £7 to have next day delivery (I wouldn't either), but you did receive the service you paid for.
