It's understandable that the…

It's understandable that the verification process is pretty tedious but please, have an option to switch it to email instead of just sending a code to the phone
number!! Like seriously, I've had to wait for 3 days to change my number when I needed the money at that time. I had a deadline and I needed the money. Since
don't use my old number anymore and had to change it because it sends the code to that number and I had to wait 3 days, that's too long! why send verification code text then and also Customer Support is Very Poor. It is not reply and no response from Customer Service Big regret I didn't expect from you.

Extremely Quick Support

The UI/UX is much better than the competition and have never faced any issues with deposits. The support is also quick and courteous. Highly recommended in India!

Most Convenient exchange with Great customer support

Based on my last few years of experience in Crypto , I can surely say this is by bar the best exchange in all parameters in India. No exchange can come slose to Pocketbits customer service . All the customer service agents are super friendly and supportive and could able to solve the problem in quick time.
Though the price in Pocket bits marginally higher than the market, it worth the service and peace of mind it provides.

One of the best crypto wallet /exchange with very supportive staff. Vedika from the team has been very supportive in resolving one of my transaction related issue. I am really thankful the way she had conducted her due diligence.

Great support

Support team is awesome. They'll reply you within a minute and resolve your issues ASAP.
They chose humans instead of irritating Bots so that you'll get the resolution swiftly.
