I appreciate support for their response. If truly a refund was made, then it never arrived cause I have been waiting and it is yet to arrive. You saying that the refund was made and was used, literally means that your platform is corrupt and unsafe or the broker who handled my withdrawal is corrupt. I haven't seen, received or used any refund from you and I'm yet to trade cause I'm waiting for my refund. Do well to refund me.
I placed a withdrawal request and the money was taken from my account you then declined my withdrawal request when my account is fully verified. I contacted your support team, they asked me to place another withdrawal request without refunding the money that was taken from my account for the first withdrawal request that I placed. I contacted your support team again and told them that they're yet to refund the money that was taken from my account for the first request and the replied me with same thing. I think it is a RED FLAG to take money from someones account with crediting them and then you ask them to place another withdrawal request. I want you to refund the money and let me place another withdrawal request.

I used Iq option first & made a request for withdrawal, they declined making lame excuses, i tried 7 times still same response.. someone told me to use pocket broker, last night i made a withdrawal request with pocket broker & they did the same as i had bad experience with previous broker.. now i have made another withdrawal request, i hope it gets cleared this time .

Deposit missing
I made a deposit to my Pocket Broker account, but it was never credited. It’s been several days now, and I still haven’t received the funds. I contacted support right away, and all they keep saying is that “the provider is still investigating.” No updates, no timeline, no accountability, just the same canned response over and over. This is unacceptable, especially when dealing with people’s money. I feel completely ignored and frustrated. Be cautious if you’re thinking of depositing with Pocket Broker. This experience has been nothing but stressful.
Update: the deposit was finally credited to my balance.

Trading exotics
Initially I was planning to stick to trading majors, so like eurusd and similar. Mostly because I though there's going to be some problmes with liquidty for more exotic currencies.
