Ordered two rims two months ago. Did not receive and can't even make a complaint about it. No real person to contact, just WhatsApp AI. Which repeats same thing. The tracking is stuck at the same place for the whole time. Just waste money and time..

I ordered 4 pieces of Czech tires and paid in advance. I ordered here, because it was the cheapest price on the market (and free delivery by the shipping company). Then I read a few reviews that the deal didn't go well for some people and they lost money... I believed that it would go smoothly. The store sent me the goods within two days, informed me by email that the order was divided into two parts, sent the tracking number, and instructed me how not to accept the goods in case of defects. The courier delivered the goods on the appointed day, the tires arrived exactly according to my order, manufactured (DOT) half a year ago, not 2 years old. I am very satisfied! Thank you pneuleader

Wide range and good price.

I'm giving a bad rating because I decided to use the option of fitting tires at a friendly tire service. Through a series of emails I knew that my tires had arrived at the tire service. But since then, silence. After a few days, I decided to take action. There is no contact for the car service on Pneuleader.cz. I had to find out the contact for the tire service myself. The tire service told me that they don't even cooperate with Pneuleader.cz. But they had my tires. And the same problem. They didn't even know who the contact belonged to. Otherwise, the gentlemen at the tire service were absolutely amazing and friendly. They did a good job. But pneuleader.cz should improve their operation. Because this is one big mess. They don't even have a support line for such issues. Only for purchase issues. Other things obviously don't concern them

Fault is partially on my side cause I didn't do a proper check of the company beforehand. The company is located in Andorra, which makes returns/ complaints quite costly. I ordered 4 tires and then decided to cancel the order. I was warned that if the order was canceled after the parcel was sent and I refuse the delivery, I will be charged 800ck per delivered package (in my case there were 2 packages, so 1600ck).
I canceled the order, second day after I made it, at 12:08.
Customer service delivered my canceling to the delivery depo at 13:29.
The order was entered in the GLS delivery system by the depo at 15:39, so 2 hours after they received from customer service cancelation notice.
The parcels were handed over to GLS at 19:45.
All this time customer service claimed that depo is not responding. And at the end that: "The goods were handed over to the carrier shortly after receiving our cancellation request.", which is a huge lie. The GLS system works perfectly/ in real time, it noted exactly the time when I received the packages the 3rd day.
So although I canceled the order in due time, the forced me to accept it in order not to be charged 1600ck for their incompetence.
On the plus side, the tires look ok to an untrained eye. They are also new (production March 2026) and were delivered quickly.

But be really aware that this is not a Czech company and the customer service is slow and DECEPTIVE.

Also would like to add that they delete negative reviews from their website. They are not scammers per se, but really bad people!

Good price, free delivery, tyres made in 2025, communication a little bit, but I can recommend.

those tires and rims came from germany and espana which suprised me but everything was fast as declared

Good delivery times with staggered tyres coming from different places. 1 year old from manufacturers so OK but wish all tyre companies would publish dot for customer confidence. Regardless, best price I found for these mid priced Yokohama tyres. Seem quality with only a few 100 km so far. Would buy again...

I placed the order on February 28. On March 16, the shipment tracking showed “return to sender.” No one contacted me before the delivery attempt. I contacted customer support and was told that the shipment was on its way back due to an incorrect address. I checked the address I had provided again, and it was correct.
After several follow-ups with customer support, they refunded at least part of the money; however, they deducted a penalty (approximately 20% of the order). Customer support was unable to explain what the penalty was for, given that the address I provided was correct.
I do not think they intended to deliberately cheat me, but their incompetence caused me financial loss, and customer support ended the communication with me in an arrogant manner.

All went as expected, items arrived on time.
