From first contact communications faultless. Any queries or changes were quickly sorted and the final proof provided before the work began and within 24 hrs I had an email to say plaque has been dispatched.

5 stars because there wasn't anything they could do better. Small purchase, just a couple of tags for a cat. Big selection of sizes, colours and fonts, we choose ours, paid and what we ordered was quickly delivered. And also a very lovely e-mail thanking us for our business. Very easy to deal with.

I'm so happy to have found a company that's local, stocks a great variety of products, and answers emails personally. A few months ago I bought a collar and ID tag for my 5 y/old cat, who's always lived indoors so has never worn a collar. The guys at Purr.Meow.Woof gave me great advice on what to choose and how to fit it (they have useful tips on their website, too). After happily wearing it for some months, today my cat came home without it. Luckily, I'd also bought an Apple Airtag holder, so I could track down the missing collar - snagged in a high hedge, where luckily my cat had been able to get free due to the quick-release function. The bright colour and reflective band also helped me to spot it.
I recommend all cat owners to get these things to keep their pets safe outdoors - and to buy from Purr.Meow.Woof. They're a great company.
ps I've just ordered a replacement collar and accessories, as back-ups! Very easy purchase process and judging by past experience, delivery is super-speedy.

Have made three purchases from PMW and every time I have been sent goods on the same day and they're delivered the next day!!!

Had an issue with a kitten collar which after a quick email a new one was dispatched, they didn't even want the old one back which is amazing, I've never dealt with a company that not only was easy to buy from but fixed things up so quickly.

They've got the biggest range in NZ for pet tags I've found and ship faster than anyone else I've ordered from, I have to keep telling myself to stop buying!
