WONT HONOUR THEIR CANCELLATION POLICY
Sent them a cancellation request more than 12 hours before they'd shipped the item. Said they don't check their emails for cancellation requests until AFTER they ship. Wanted me to pay 10EUR (just under half of the total order cost) for the return shipping. Ridiculous.

ordered a flexcord for my op1 8k
ordered a flexcord for my op1 8k, i paid for a very expensive shipping, and i never got my order, has been 1 month so far and nothing, pmm response? once we send we cannot do anything about it, even the smallest enterprise in the globe responds to their customers, provide some help, or refund, or send a new unit or something, i don't recommend pmm, at least to me, it was a bad experience, first and last time i buy something here.
