Buyer Beware, Just another Social Media Business with No Values
Ordered necklaces during an Instagram live stream on 6/20/26, received them on 7/1/2026, and one of the CC inspired necklaces was damaged. They sent me a l return label on 7/9, and I dropped it off at USPS on the 10th. I did not hear from PMluxxe, so I checked the USPS tracking, and it shows the item was delivered to them on the 18th. I reached out to them on 7/27, and on 7/31 they claim no receipt and said they would check. In the meantime, I filed a complaint with USPS on my behalf because PM Luxxe claims it wasn't delivered. I have not heard from the company since 8/12, when they said they would contact the post office. This company has proven that they have absolutely no interest in protecting their reputation and their customer base, all over a cheap knockoff necklace. Buyer beware. They go by PM Lux Bags & Jewelry and also PM Luxury Jewelry & Bags. Based out of Maryland, USA.
