I ordered a bouquet for my daughter for her 40th birthday. My daughter lives in Welwyn. I am 70 miles away and had no idea which florist in Welwyn would help me. After some research, I chose Perfect Moment flowers. I was so delighted I did. They produced a wonderful bouquet for me, delivering it within the time slot I requested to fit in with school runs. My daughter was thrilled with the flowers and I was thrilled with both the quality of the bouquet and the service I received. Samantha sent me a photo of the bouquet she had prepared for my daughter too. I was so impressed and would return with future orders.

Beautiful wreath
I just wanted to say how delighted we were with the Christmas wreath we bought from you. It looked as fresh when I have taken it down this week as it did at the beginning of December and it has been by far the most beautiful one we have ever bought - we all loved the sugar apples and had so many positive comments about it over the festive period. Being able to add additional items of choice meant there was absolutely no compromise and it was great value for money. Thank you so much and we will certainly be ordering again for Christmas 2026.

Best service I have received.
Perfect Moment Florists prepared the flowers for my Granny's funeral. They looked beautiful and were on the coffin with her as she made her final journey. Lots of people commented on how lovely they were. The colour of the flowers on top were changed with no issues whatsoever and were delivered to the funeral home directly. I will definitely be using them in the future for any orders I have.

Coming from the NE of England I contacted Perfect Moments Flowers to send flowers to someone in London.
They could not have been any more helpful than they were guiding me through this process. They were even good enough to send me a photo of the flowers that they sent. Now,that is a first for me.
All in all,a first class service and should the need arise I would certainly use them again.

I ordered flowers for my uncles funeral from perfect moments flowers. I was unable to attend the funeral, and without me asking, Samantha sent me a wonderful email with photos attached of the flowers she had put together for me on the day of the funeral. I honestly can’t explain how much this meant to me.. and how much it lifted my heart. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and exactly what I had said I wanted. The attention to every tiny detail was priceless and I know my uncle would have loved them. I cannot recommend this florist enough!! Mothers Day Order Delivered in time!
I had placed my order too late for a bouquet to arrive in time for Mothers Day in the UK (I was ordering from the USA). My note to Mum mentioned this and an apology. Never experienced a florist with attention to detail and top class service.
The bouquet they sent to my son and girlfriend following the birth of my grandchild was absolutely stunning. A picture was sent showing me what had been made and was being delivered. The customer service received from start to finish was amazing,
