I received a personal handwritten note with the delivery which made it special- I still have the note. Aside from that the tea is wonderful. You have to go to a high tea to equal the experience

Incredible tea and service with a fabulous ethical approach
What a delight to discover PMD. The teas I ordered arrived quickly and are amazing quality. The chamomile and peppermint are the best I've ever tried. The sample of rooiboos opened my eyes to this tea with all its benefits so I have just placed my 2nd order. I also loved the decaffeinated planters loose leaf tea. I prefer decaffeinated so was delighted to discover this option. You also get a great service from this company. Dananjaya is an absolute asset to this company. I am definitely going to be a long term, happy customer!! Thank you

I have never had better tea. The English Breakfast is floral without being overly fragrant. It is like a beautiful Ceylon cross with a Lady Grey.
I could not recommend it highly enough!
