Perhaps you could consider doing an article regarding the recent headline news about the handling of vulnerable service users at Douglass House respite care and emergency accommodation for disabilities and complex needs, exposing the lack of safeguarding and care offered by Plymouth City Council and their partners in health and social care across the city!

To respect whom wants to receive this publication. Respect not everybody wants to be forced to have this paper. No means No, not at my door.
