I stayed in the appartement on the Northwood Street, Birmingham for one month. I was wery content with the location and secured parking. The appartement is really spacioius, but there were some small damages in the kitchen furniture and the water tap of the shower was untight.
It was not the first appartement I have rent in Birmingham, but it was the best quality.

We have booked a flat for 7 days and we are very pleased with our choice.
The location is very central, it took us just 7 minutes to get to the restaurant row. Greek restaurant was the hit!
Appartment is warm, cozy and absolutely lovely. We are able to have breakfast at home as kitchen is supplied with all necessary things.
There is a convinience store in a literary minute walk so getting a water or tea, or little snack is very easy.

My interaction with your team member Nerisha was customer service at its best.

We stay for 3 nights with the Pluxa, and it been lovely within the first day we stay, the host was very responsive as well as the flat was very clean with all the amenities we need.

I have booked a 2 night stay at Riverfront Bliss Retreat in Birmingham. It is a lovely stay with clean and a well take cared properties.

Had a great experience with my family, lovely friendly staff would definitely go back

I haven’t had an experience but all of the good reviews are from people staying in the properties and no good reviews from people who have invested money in the properties…in fact really bad reviews from investors.
WEIRD to say the least…

Lovely flat in a great location, really easy to get anywhere in the city. We've been working at the Hippodrome so it's the perfect location, just a 5 minute walk (also 5 mins walk from the Alex) Flat comes equipped with everything we needed, very easy directions to pick up the keys and get in. Will definitely stay again!

Pretty good apartment with a nice location and a beautiful view. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Had a great offering of choices for apartments listing's based on my trip. The service consultant Mrs N Maharaj had a professional demeanor and great speaking with her.
Would definitely recommend her again.

The apartment is a good size and well kitted out. It is very central to bus and tube.Nirisha was very quick to respond to any queries we had. I will book again when in London.

We had great experience in Southwark Apartment. The apartment is big, fully equiped with everything we need. The location of the apartment is also very convinient max 35 minutes to city center by bus or sub. The store is just on the oposite side of the street. Recommended.

Stay away from this company…I just want to help someone that wasn’t there for me when I invested with pluxa - it is not a lie they do have houses, flats that they purchase for RSA the issues is they lie about the amount of
profit you make in the spreadsheet it is all inflated as they don’t rent the profits at the same cost per night it’s say averagely £200 they charge averagely £70 which we soon released after our first payment it was a shock as it was much lower that expected after I emailed and asked how much are you charging a night plus with all the extra payments they take for themselves don’t be fooled into believing the profits you will make on 70% occupancy it is far less as they charge extremely low rent costs and when we challenged them and refused to pay as we knew we would have to supplement the bills and rent for most of the time putting us more in red they took the property away and we lost so much money. This is there tactic inflate prices in profit spreadsheet so they are not being truthful in prices they share based on a 70-100 % occupancy you just break even which is crazy so you make no money at all. I will never recommend them so just want to warn you against them. Please go elsewhere your experience will not pay off as an investment property with Pluxa
