You will be debited 14 EUR for your first order!

The site indicates that you will get 10 days free membership if you are a new customer. What it doesn't state clearly, enough for me to pick up on it, is that you will still be debited 14 EUR for your first order, simply because they extend you first month of membership from 30 to 40 days.

When I read that new members get the first 10 days for free and that you can cancel at any time I was naive in thinking that I wouldn't have to pay EUR 14 for my first order. But I was wrong and now I feel stupid and used.

Regardless if you cancel your membership within 10 days (of your free membership) you will still get debited 14 EUR. This was not clear enough for me when I placed my order.

This is my revised review since Pluuz filed a complaint to Trustpilot trying to remove my negative remark. I choose to interpret such action as acknowledging wrongdoing rather than desire to improve.

They charge 14 Euro MONTHLY from you for a membership and you can't recognise it before they taking the money. Of course, you can't cancel it.

It's a very tricky seller. With the first order you are automatically assigned a membership, which costs 14 Euro pro month. And only one tiny notification icon near each item points it out. Amazon also offers such service but with a free trial period but it is always simple to recognize and unambiguous. I recognised this trick only after the item had been delivered and additional amount was charged from my account. I cancelled this membership immediately and of course with no refund.

I tried to canel my order but there was not any particular way to cancel it and service is really poor that I did not get any response after email to the customer service.
