I ordered 2 bathing sets and 3/4 pants and when they came did not fit correctly so sent them back 6 months ago not exchanged or refund will not answer my emails or give me any details of who to contact.

I should have read these first - I ordered A$125 worth of swim ware. They claim not to have received my payment but my credit card was charged. They are scammers. I have had to cancel my card as they now have my details.

Repeats advise my order is coming. Try to add the consignment no and the transport company reads not correct. Do Not Purchase from these people. They claim .au. They are from China rip-off

I purchased 3 swimsuits from Plusswim. Following their size chart I purchased a size 18 which I would normally purchase in Australia normal size....plus size I wear a 16. When they turned up and I tried them on they would be lucky to fit a size 14 and the bust/cup was all wrong. There was no hem on the tops they were just cut with scissors. Never ever got a reply to return. Still sitting in postage bag 4 months later

I ordered bike pants and a swimsuit. The bike pants are ok but the swimsuit wasn't a good fit. I have done the right thing to contact them with all the details to receive authorisation on the item, with an address to return it to. So far I have not received a reply and hoping to get to return it within the 15 days! No phone number to contact them either. I thought I was buying from a reputable Australian company. Never again.....Ho Hum!

I ordered a swimsuit $64 and had an email saying they were getting my order ready - after waiting a month
I replied to the original email and had a reply from them saying sorry sold out- I doubt they would have let me know it was sold out. (. No explanation at all, I did ask why I wasn’t notified but didn’t get an answer to that question.
Customer service average.
Offered a refund so will see if that happens.
Definitely won’t buy from them again.

I ordered 2 bathing suits from plusim.com, but they are two small. I was told they would send me a return label so I could get a refund of $66+ dollars and have not received anything for a month. I just sent an additional email about it. I also received an email from them that they refunded $5, but to a closed account of mine. I paid over $66 dollars. Very poor customer service.

I ordered a swim suit but it was too revealing. I've tried 3 times to contact the company per their return policy to receive authorization to return the suit. No one has returned my emails. There is no alternative number to contact them. They have a 15 day return policy. They've used 5 of those days not supplying the authorization to return the items. I will never buy from them again.

I purchased several swimsuits from this company. I was hopeful they would work but none of the tops fit as expected. I followed the hard to find instructions on their website on how to process a return. They require a return authorization. I've had several emails from customer no-service requesting that photos of the suits be sent to them prior to them advising IF they will allow a return. I questioned them twice about WHY. They say it is necessary for a return. I decided to advise them I would donate the suits but that I would certainly make their name known on social media. I haven't heard a word back. DO NOT purchase from this shop unless you plan on keeping the items you purchase.
