They don't send you what you paid for. With a lot of effort, you get your money back, excluding 'shipping costs'. Additionally, they burden you with an unsolicited subscription of €9.95 per month. A non-transparent company that I strongly advise against doing business with. They are also very rude in email communication.

I never bought from this website but they took an amount from my account. Beware!

I just realized 31 x 139 = 4309 kr was pulled from my account for membership! I most likely did not unclick a button when I bought a single item years ago. SUCH A SCAM!!! KEEP AWAY!

They are cheating people, charging for membership, I have already registered them with police in the UK, unfortunately it will take some time as they are DK domiciled. No contact from their side even if contacted. Strongly not recommending.

Don't buy anything from this shop. They take 9.95€ monthly per membership which starts automatically after creating an account.

Never heard or bought from these but taking £9.95 monthly since 10 months ago plus shop I didn’t realise till my bank blocked my card as they have been warned about this company on other customers accounts! Shocking

Just been told by my bank this lot have been taking £9.95 a month from my account without me signing up to it. Don't buy from here. I've blocked them now

Be VERY careful when you order from them, because there are hidden chargings when you check out, in the form of forced membership that will draw money from your card every month. They hide this by giving the first month free, so you cant see it in the checkout sum. Wont buy from them again.

SCAM .. been ripped off 9.95 now three times since a purchase in December.. have contacted the bank who are now looking into being fraudulent transactions

I recently placed an order and I didn't get any shipment details of the order. I don't know where the product is.

This is a scam, they take money from your account every month as 'membership'. I had to call my bank to block this.

Hidden memebership in the T&Cs. Have had €9.95 taken out of my account for the last 3 months even after blocking the merchant so they know what they are doing is unethical seeing as they have multiple different ways of charging your account.

Have contacted their customer service to see if it can be refunded. Won’t be holding my breath.

Companies like this are criminal in my opinion and belong in the same bracket as criminals/fraudsters.

SCAM AVOID this thieving company who have taken £9.95 from my account each month since my order in August 2023 They are still trying to take payments but the credit card company are blocking them. If you have ordered from them check your statements for regular unauthorised payments.

Contact your bank as the t and c are against the consumer rights act here in the uk. They should not be able to do this in the uk under our laws. Contact trading standards too to report them. Scam company

Everything happens since 12.09.2022 - 11.10.2023 every month i am robbed since i'm still trying to unsubscribe, try to log in on my account - nothing happens as if log in option doesn't even exist..ok ...i get it ...try to change password..nothing happens besides than a "broken screen" trying to click on something that is as useful as the log in button..ok ..i get this one also...i wrote to the support ,i have inserted the "secret formula" for unsubscribing soooo MANYYYY times already ,and guess what? Nothing happened :)) and money just flying out of my account...this membership is the biggest scam ever ,who made this platform is verry smart 🤓

After 1 week, my order is still not shipped. I have contacted the customer service team, however no one replied.

They put you on a subsciption that you are NOT aware of. They charge you 139DKK per month for NOTHING.

BEWARE of this company. I bought a product that was £10.94 inc, postage and the company then took £9.95 from my bank account without informing me. When I contacted them for a refund as I had not authorised any more payments, I was told that I had 'joined' their website and that I can cancel my membership but they will not give a refund! I asked for proof that I had joined and was told it's all over their website. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED with this UNDERHANDED way they take money.
