I ordered an item from plusshop in October 2023. Ever since then, every month on the exact same date they keep taking money out my account, and the same amount. They are a scam shop so avoid!!!

Training shoes just arrived, invoice says 9.5 as ordered. Shoes in box are size 8. Will be returning them, poor service.

I have experience.Because I worked six months in warehouse Amazon.

Ordered 4 PINK trx ropes and they sent me 4 off the wrong colour, have emailed and tried to ring them and have heard nothing back. Not even a returns slip in the packaging I needed these ASAP.

Would like someone to contact me asap

SCAM Avoid at all costs. I have only purchased one item on their website. then they proceed to charge my credit card monthly for at least the last 10 months €9.95! Totally SCAM of a company. they should be arrested!

icancelled my membersip but they sill took payment from my bank account which i did not autherise they tol me it was cancelled as i am a pensioner i would like this payment returned to my bank as i cannot get through by email or cantact number

Wish I had read other reviews before ordering from this company. They automatically sign you up to a £9.95 per month membership when you order something from them. From other negative reviews, I can now see that they justify this by saying it is because they are so reasonably priced and that it's in the terms and conditions you sign up to, however this is clearly in very small print as I was not aware this was what I was signing up for and did not receive any correspondence to say that this would be happening. This company is a SCAM, do not order from them. Have notified my bank that they are operating in this way.

Really happy with my experience with plusshop.
Purchased some hard to find Hot Wheels at a bargain price. Some tatty cards but overall well worth it, and very quick delivery considering it was from Denmark 🇩🇰
If you don’t want the membership, just go to My Account and cancel membership, it’s that easy.

Automatically enrolling purchasers in a “membership” costing £9.95 per month is poor practice at the very least. The details of the membership are located in small print in the terms and conditions. They’re not upfront about their shoddy practice. Avoid on this basis alone.

Very poor service. The credit card payment took several days to go through. There was no email confirmation of the purchase. It took several days and a complaint to stop the 30 day free trial of Plusshop 'membership' which you had to take with a monthly subscription. Emails were unanswered, and there is no help line. Although the item I had purchased did eventually arrive, I would not use this company again.

Efficient, prompt delivery

My parcel was delivered successfully all the way from Denmark to Calne Wiltshire.
Plus I was kept informed as my parcel was on its way to Great Britain to my house. Very good service. Well done.

I ordered from plusshop.com. Please don’t order unless you are 100% sure about the item. I purchased nike leggings for £26 and they arrived and were a different colour to what is shown online so they didn’t match my nike jumper, I didn’t even open the sealed packet or try them on and when I asked to return they emailed me back and forth for a week and eventually said it’s my fault and I must pay £13 to send the item back

This company is not good charged me £9.95 for subscription which i never did I emailed them they never responded back and never gave back my money. Bad company do not use!

Not sure what the fuss is all about. My experience has been absolutely fantastic. The item I purchased was excellent quality and great value and arrived exactly as stated. Yes! there was a membership option but as outlined in the terms you can cancel at anytime which I did because I didn’t want an ongoing membership that I might only take advantage of a few times a year. Anyway thank you Plusshop you delivered

Not yet received my item

Absolutely avoid at all costs!! I got a small item for my son back in February totalling to €8 and didn’t realise that you have to become a member. Unbeknownst to me they have been taking €9.95 from my bank account for the last 8 months for their so called ‘membership’ even though I have only ever bought one thing from their site. They are refusing to give a refund when I asked for a copy of where I agreed to this so called membership they couldn’t provide me with such. Their customer service is a disgrace also! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!
