Had an incredible experience with customer service, they answered to every inquiry I had during the shipping time. The three plushies arrived in perfect condition, the sweaters are a little big for them and the shipping process for Hyun-ju (120) was a bit different, but apart from that, I had a great experience.

I’m really happy with my plushy. He is so cute but the only thing that was bad was he had a hole in his back but that’s ok my mom helped me fix it

They're so so super cute!!! I got Toge Inumaki and Megumi Fushiguro. They're both so adorable! The photos are right out of the package/vacuum seal, so they're not fully fluffed up yet. The material is high quality, and super soft! They shipped and arrived very fast, ordered them on November 13th, and they both arrived on November 18th. Overall so very happy and definitely worth the purchase! Love love them, so super cute!!

The wait was very much worth it! I got my little guys and even a keychain! The plushies are very soft, obviously made with care and love. Totally would make another purchase with another character I enjoy!

the plushes are cute so many options of like small fan clubs for certain characters. I absolutely love that they do Genshin plushes along with other games. It can relatively quickly despite me living in Africa. Over all I absolutely love this store. With its character options.

I ordered one meow plushie for my friend as a gift and then one for myself. The first one was in stock so got shipped quickly. My friend was so surprised and absolutely loved it so much she wanted to order more. Once a character dropped I had to have I ordered one for myself!

They drop new characters almost daily and you can see what’s coming on social media and also their discord. It’s really fun to see what is coming next and even niche characters get their own plushie. It’s easy to find generic small anime plushies but these are unique, a perfect large size, and really nice quality. They are 10/10 worth any shipping wait + price especially as a nice gift.

Ordered a plushie for my girlfriend's birthday. It arrived before the estimated time, so i could even wrap it in a nice wrapper. The box it arrived in was undamaged, same with the content and was in a small box, so i could hide it.

The plushie is very fluffy, very huggable. The only problem would be that it stole my spot on the bed (insert funny joke here)

Well I was made up with the way packed and came quickly I be order some more next week for christmas
