My order failed to arrive
My order failed to arrive. Royal Mail chosen courier. Order placed before any industrial action, yet asked to wait 15 days for refund. Continual unsolicited marketing emails a real nuisance!
Patronising response to my review says it all.

Plushaddict is the first place I look, there is so much choice it saves me time searching other sites. I order Kona cotton and some other fabrics and yarn. The website is easy to follow and the service is very good.
Everything I buy is satisfactory, usually in stock and arrives in time, so I am highly satisfied.

Wonderful shop, Brexit nightmare
It has become a nightmare to get a parcel from UK, thus making ordering at PlushAddict from France a slightly less enjoyable affair than it used to be. But the parcel content was perfect, as usual, and I love the wide variety of plush fabric (especially colors) I cannot get elsewhere in Europe so far.
