PSG GAME UNAVAILABLE. Shocking service.

I bought this service from London to watch PSG games. They charge me £9.99 per month even when the league is closed for the summer. Today the PSG is unavailable for some strange reason and nobody from their live chat is able to resolve the issue. They just asking me to send an email without trying to solve anything.

This is extremely appalling that they hold the monopoly on PSG games and yet are unable to broadcast them.

The customer service is the worst I have ever seen. Absolutely shocking.

I will allow them a few hours to reply. Otherwise I will immediately cancel my subscription and let them fall further in their incompetence.
