For a long time

For a long time, I was a typical Forex trader. Everything I knew had to do with Metatraders, leverage, pending orders as well as other things you might be already familiar with. I thought that nothing more needed to be invented for trading, but I was wrong. I found pluritrade really interesting. Which was why I opened an account. The company attracted me because it has an extensive knowledge base for traders. Not knowing I was getting trapped. I lost of a lot of money due to slippage. And they won’t reply ….until Cyptêch came in . I’m happy now … and just one star for pluritrade….

SCAM! Please Read! PEASE!

I dont know who this Kay Garraway person is but this is ridiculous. They are not licensed or official and they dont even have metatrader. They are partners with TargetSignals who are a scam and they have made Pluriitrade to conduct there account management service which they call MAS. They talk about ridiculous returns with large investment packages. Minimum 15,000 US and you have to wait a year or so until you can take your money out.
I have Putin 17,000 of my own money and have been waiting. I was scammed big time. I spoke to the account manager for a week trying to find out its not a scam and she was very likeable and helpful and I fell for it. They preach ridiculous claims and returns which are all fake. Trust me please. I wish this review was here when I was looking for reviews. Please dont use this it is completely fake. The phone numbers on the website are fake as well as the office locations. I deposited 50 into a test account and later withdrew it. The withdrawal was approved and I got an email but never got any money and it has been months. I have reached out and emailed and they have gone ghost on me. No replies for months and I have given up and accepted I have been scammed. Please do not fall for this.

Dear Mr. Thind,

On behalf of PluriTrade, I would like to apologize for the delayed response and am sorry that you feel such way about our company. Nevertheless, I would like to do everything possible to change your perspective.

I would like to address your concerns one at a time:

With regards to being not licensed or official, PluriTrade.com is owned and operated by PluriTrade LLC, a company incorporated number registration number 20298 IBC 2012 by the Registrar of International Business Companies and regulated by the Financial Services Authority of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

With regards to not having MetaTrader, PluriTrade has spent years on developing its own in-house options trading platform, which most of our clients find a lot more intuitive and easy to operate, as opposed to MetaTrader. If you are of a different opinion about our trading platform, you are free to trade at any broker which offers the platform you prefer.

Is there any reason why you believe that Target Signals are scam? We have cooperated with this firm for many years and don’t have a single client who wasn’t satisfied with their services. Moreover, they are one of our main affiliates, who refers hundreds of clients to us on monthly basis, just so those clients can get their signals free. This is definitely a clear sign that they are a top signals provider. So I am really interested to hear your reasoning behind you calling them a scam?

Next, you claim “I have [invested] 17,000 of my own money and have been waiting. I was scammed big time” is there any reason why you believe you have been “scammed big time”? Have you made a withdrawal request, which has been ignored? Please be advised that our billing and support stuff are at your disposal 24/7 via phone, live chat or email. As of 11:30 AM GMT on Wednesday, 25 March 2021 I can confirm that we do not have a single pending and unanswered client withdrawal request, so I would strongly advise you to contact support@pluritrade.com prior to making such baseless allegations.

Even more shocking it is to hear you claim that our phones are fake. Well if you would dial any of our phone numbers, then you would hear our stuff answer on the other line, so how are they fake? Same goes for our address, if you have anything you need to send us in the mail, you are free to do that via addresses provided on our website. Have you tried calling us or sending us mail prior to claiming that our telephone numbers and addresses are “fake”?

Lastly, you claim that your withdrawal for 50 USD was approved and you have never received the funds, kindly email me at support@pluritrade.com with your username and I will personally investigate what was the issue with your approved 50 USD withdrawal.

I hope this answers your question, if you have any further questions or concerns kindly reach out to me (Kay Garraway) at support@pluritrade.com and I will be glad to personally assist you further.

Best regards,
Kay Garraway

Dear Mr. Majumdar,

I am sorry that you feel such way about our company, nevertheless, I would like to do everything possible to change your perspective.

Our billing and support stuff are at your disposal 24/7 via phone, live chat or email. As of 9:15 AM on Tuesday, 6 October 2020 I can confirm that we do not have a single pending and unanswered client withdrawal request. Therefore, you my friend, must have confused us with some other broker or even worse - were paid to post negative comment about us by one of our competitors.

Moreover, your comment seems quite strange, I am sure you were paid quite little to make this comment, perhaps even under $1. Because, it is common knowledge that in order to deposit and consequently withdraw funds from a regulated broker, in accordance with Anti-Money-Laundering (AML) protocols, each client must complete the Know-Your-Client (KYC) procedure, whereby the clients submits his/her ID, proof of address and a scan of credit/debit card (masking the first 12 digits) used for the investment.

If you actually were our client, you could have simply uploaded the aforementioned KYC documents and requested a withdrawal for the $1000 USD you claim that we "took". A withdrawal is typically completed within a 1-2 business days and if there were any issues with your KYC documents you would receive a response from our billing department on the same day. You wrote this false review 14 hours ago and, as I mentioned above, there is not a single pending withdrawal as of this moment, so your $1 worth comment is rather useless to those who ordered it.

I hope this answers your question, if you have any further questions or concerns kindly reach out to me (Kay Garraway) at support@pluritrade.com and I will be glad to personally assist you further.

Best regards,
Kay Garraway

Dear Dui,

On behalf of PluriTrade, I would like to apologize for the delayed response and am sorry that you feel such way about our company. Nevertheless, I would like to do everything possible to change your perspective.

Our support stuff are at your disposal 24/7 via phone, live chat or email. We don't correspond with any of our clients using Skype, therefore you might have mixed up our broker with some other company.

Prior to opening your trading account with PluriTrade, you have accepted our Terms and Conditions, in which it states that once you accept and use a bonus for trading you may not forfeit it or withdraw until you satisfy your bonus turnover requirements of $1 x35. We wouldn’t be in this business for as long as we are, if we had clients that ask for $1,000 bonus or $5,000 bonus and request to withdraw it after several of days of trading. PluriTrade is an options broker that is on the market for over 10 years, unfortunately for you, we are not a charity that is able to donate bonus funds to everyone on request.

I hope this answers your question, if you have any further questions or concerns kindly reach out to me (Kay Garraway) at support@pluritrade.com and I will be glad to personally assist you further.

Best regards,
Kay Garraway

This is a scam

This is a scam . Here are the email shots of what happens when you try to withdraw your money. I got dumped out of only $2000. This document is made up every time you ask for a payout .
Dear *****,

" Thank you for choosing PluriTrade as your options broker.

We have received your withdrawal request, however, we regret to inform you that it cannot be completed at this time due to non compliance with the Terms and Conditions of PluriTrade, which you have agreed to prior to opening your account. Namely in paragraph twenty-one (21) it states:

21. The Company, at its sole discretion, may decide (but not be obliged to do so) to offer bonuses, promotional offers or any other kind of benefits to the Client, to set its conditions, and/or change them without prior notice to the Client. The Company shall not be subject to reason its decision nor to be forced to do the same in future transactions of the Client. Once a bonus has been awarded/accredited to a client’s account and used for trading, it can’t be forfeited and will be subject to execute transactions in an amount of at least thirty five (35) times the deposit amount and might also subject to minimum deposit and/or minimum volume of trading and/or a certain time limit . In regards to all "profit guarantee campaigns" or all "insured money campaigns", which includes the "5 Day Managed Account Service (MAS) Trial" or "Auto-trade (AT)" or "Trade Copier (TC)" programs: insured money as well as the money deposited, intended and used in the MAS/AT/TC program are replaced with MAS/AT/TC Bonus Money. MAS/AT/TC Bonus Money need to meet the following trading requirements in order to be withdrawn: every 1 USD/EUR of MAS/AT/TC Bonus Money need to be traded 35 times in order to be eligible for withdraw. However, if the same equivalent of bonus has been accepted it will not stack up and will cancel out the MAS/AT/TC Bonus Money turnover requirement, hence leaving the client needing to satisfy the bonus requirement for the accepted bonus solely without the need to meet the turnover requirements of the MAS/AT/TC Bonus Money as addition to it. Further to the above, it is agreed that as a precaution and due to the need for fraud protection, a withdrawal of funds from an account cannot be completed until the bonus and MAS/AT/TC Bonus Money conditions have been satisfied. Any indication of fraud, manipulation, cash-back arbitrage, or other forms of deceitful or fraudulent activity based on the provision of the bonus will nullify the account and any and all profits or losses garnered.

In your case this refers to having accepted 2,000.00 bonus you will be required to meet a total trading volume of 2,000.00 x 35 = 70,000.00 prior to making a withdrawal. We have verified that as of Aug 31, 2020 14:45 GMT your current trading volume is 5400. Hence, in order for your withdrawal to be executed you are require to accumulate additional 64,600.00 trading volume.

We wish you all the best and hope that your experience with PluriTrade was and will be utmost pleasant and profitable. "

The way this is setup you cannot get any money back ever.

Dear Mr. Singh,

On behalf of PluriTrade, I would like to apologize for the delayed response and am sorry that you feel such way about our company. Nevertheless, I would like to do everything possible to change your perspective.

What you are quoting is an automatically generated email that clients receive when asking to withdraw bonus, which they have accepted, used and not yet satisfied. PluriTrade is an options broker that is on the market for over 10 years, unfortunately for you, we are not a charity that is able to donate $2000 bonus to everyone on request.

Prior to opening your trading account with PluriTrade, you have accepted our Terms and Conditions, in which it states that once accepting and using a bonus for trading you may not forfeit it or withdraw until you satisfy your bonus turnover requirements of $1 x35.
