I wish I had read these reviews first

I wish I had read these reviews first.
I order 2 Light Dimmers from Plumladen and paid direct into their bank including delivery charges.
Sent email to both of their email accounts but no reply from either. tried phoning them but their number does not exist.

I can not get my money back because I paid direct into their bank account as this was the only option

Definately a scam, dont trust ior order from them

I have bought from plum laden before…

I have bought from plum laden before and we received the Dimmer which was quite straight forward but I came back to buy another 2 dimmers and found paying and any correspondence appalling. Last time I bought directly with my card but this time no payment options on the site so had to pay directly into their account and had to get my bank to do it for me as I wasn’t sure about their bank details. The money has gone from my account but now nothing, no email confirmation that they have received payment or sent the dimmers. Why isn’t there any contact information on their website. Can I get my money back if paid through the bank? Is this a scam? I’ve used the email address that someone has shared in the reviews?

Dimmer died, costumer service is playing dead

Expensive dimmer purchased from Plumladen stopped working in less than a year (which happens to be the warranty time), even though it's barely used and has been handled with care.
I sent email with thorough problem description and order details. Weeks have passed. Nothing even resembling a response from so called costumer service. They didn't even bother to send a confirmation email. Not exactely what I would call trustworthy...

Latest in the long list of defrauded…

Latest in the long list of defrauded customer. I bought for 64 euros 3 soft start dimmer the 3/09/21, never heard from them since. Got their email from the receipt I received on the day of purchase, as the website provides no email/telephone contacts and no addresses… I should have spotted that in the first place. The positive reviews must must have been posted by them!

I thought this company were overpriced…

I thought this company were overpriced initially, but as it seemed to be the only place on the internet selling what I wanted I took a chance... I ordered a dimming timer, when it arrived it didn't perform even basic timer functions. Contacted plumladen via email several times with no response. From this and the other negative reviews it is obviously a scam. Don't make the same mistake I did!

Thieves

Dear All,
I placed an order with Mr. Piotr Olejnik of Plumladen for €116.00 on the 6th of November 2019 and he responded to me by indicating a delivery time of no longer than 1 week.
After 3 weeks, and not having heard anything from him or receiving the merchandise, I wrote him on several occasions requesting the status of my order -to include the DHL tracking number.
From the beginning Mr. Piotr Olejnik (Plumladen) has refused to provide me with the DHL Tracking number which in its own is very compelling evidence that he is a fraudster, and never actually had any intention of sending me the merchandise.
In response to my email of 20 November Mr. Piotr Olejnik again requesting the DHL tracking number, he responded that he will provide me with a DHL Tracking number the following day -which he never did !!. Instead, he in fact elected not to even respond to me again at all.

I politely wrote Mr. Piotr Olejnik (Plumladen) yesterday the 30th of November again requesting the status of my purchase. Mr. Piotr Olejnik simply rejected my claims and called me a fool… ‘narren’, as opposed to simply assisting me with my online purchase.

No one should ever purchase from Plumladen, and certainly not using the PayPal method of payment. I have sent a complaint Paypay and requested them to suspend Mr. Piotr Olejnik Plumladen's PayPal account until he can demonstrate that he is capable of being a responsible PayPal user

VERY DISAPPOINTED

VERY DISAPPOINTED
This is the sort of company who completely puts me off ordering online! After months of looking I finally ordered one of their Dawn and dusk dimmers for my birds. I received an automated reply. I waited weeks. Heard nothing. Emailed. Got no reply but luckily I had paid via PayPal, who I then contacted. Within a day umladen had refunded me. No apology no reply no message at all. Not impressed!
I know they are German but if they can't read English all they had to do was use Google Translate like I bothered to do when I emailed them.
Don't touch them with a 15 foot bargepole

Poor product Poor service

I bought an automatic timed dimmer. Basically it didn't work. Contacted plum laden numerous times... no reply. Opened a PayPal grievance plum laden said I had damaged the item.... Yet they had not seen it or spoken to me... Are they psychic? Item returned now I have no timer and plum laden have kept my money. Avoid this company. Or just burn your money as it is less stressful.

I am not responsible for the client's reasoning in terms of distinguishing "adequate lighting". It is clearly marked on the product what lighting is allowed. I As a seller, I am not responsible for the buyer's decisions. Fortunately, the buyer has not connected the fridge or washing machine to the dimmer.

Goods not delivered, no response to my attempts to contact them.

Seems a shame to post this when other reviews are positive but I ordered from their website on the 3rd September, paid via paypal and still have not received the item on the 25th. I have emailed twice and sent an enquiry via the contact form online but no response. The phone is answered automatically in German which I can't understand. Very unhappy.

For this I offer Paypal as a payment option to make buyers feel safe. If the transaction or anything would disagree with the offer, Paypal would charge it to the customer. So another spam.
