Not only was the ring perfect, customizable, and exactly what my fiancee and I wanted but they were able to meet an extremely demanding timeline and get the ring shipped to Asia in a rush due to complex personal circumstances. As stressful as things were the ring was not. Thank you to Plum for making the process easy, fast, and helpful!

The Try-On kit was perfect and came elegantly boxed and easy to use. My soon to be Fiance and I were able to see different types of stones, sizes and bands.

We were able to do it in our own home with zero pressure from a sales person or just having others invade on our moment. It still left the actual choosing in my hands, which is important to me as a man.

I called their customer service phone for additional questions and Renee was really kind, helpful and knowledgeable.
