Ordered a couple of bathroom accessories from PlumbTap. Both were cheaper than advertised elsewhere and the order arrived very promptly. Was very impressed with the quality of the items

Bought a toilet seat from them. A special rather expensive £38 seat with 3 lids one for children. After 10 months it cracked and they said out of warranty. Like everybody else sells toilet seats with a 1 year guarantee apart from these shysters who just want your money with no responsibility.
It cut my bum so I'm going to sue them for replacement and injury.

Had trouble trying to find a strip seal that fit and didn't leak. Really helpful info. about measuring and fitting. It fits and doesn't lesk and was delivered promply and in good condition.

True liars, return faulty products through Amazon and then claim it’s damaged, don’t trust these online crooks, I even had to pay £6.39 for my own return and now refuse the refund.

When I purchased my part from the website I was led to believe the part was in stock and would be 1-2 days delivery. When I enquired I was told it would be about 1 month, by then it was too late to order from elsewhere because of the holidays, so I have no shower for a month.

I'd recommend going to Plumbtap over Amazon; the delivery is almost as fast, they use less excess packaging, and the prices are just as good if not better.
