The fitting was carried out in a clean efficient manner, however the original work top supplied was not the correct size, this was rectified within 24 hours

I ordered a new walk in shower. The fitters arrived on time on the first day, covered the carpet in the hallway and after taking delivery of all parts proceeded to take out the existing bath. They worked very hard, not stopping for a break, and finished all they could. The following day both fitters arrived bright and early and again worked very hard without taking a break. The shower looks amazing I am very pleased with it and the service is brilliant. I would recommend Plumbits to everyone.

I cannot recommend Plumbits in Stafford enough.
The sales team go above and beyond to meet your expectations, the quality of their products are always excellent. The technical team are always on hand to help you with any issues you may have and have a wealth of knowledge so you are always in good hands.

I cannot fault Plumbits in Stafford at all… from start to finish their customer service was excellent (and I’m a high maintenance customer!!!)
I worked with Julie James, who designed our new bathroom… she listened carefully to what I thought I wanted, advised and came up with some fab suggestions… and when I changed my mind on some aspects, she was happy to meet with me several times, until I was happy with the final design.

Plumbits suggested a new fitter on their books, Chris from Supreme Property Maintenance Staffordshire, and similarly, the service received from Chris has been excellent… his workmanship and skill when fitting was awesome, and the end result is beyond my expectations. He put up with my incessant questions and constant scrutiny, and was patient and polite at all times. Chris worked like a trojan, and was clean and tidy everyday. I wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again, and I’m already busy planning our next project!

I’m a very happy customer, and would recommend these local small businesses to anyone.

Right from start picking bathroom choice was made so easy. Loads displays to choose from. Julie made the ordering so easy. Goods arrived and fitted by Ernie who is an excellent fitter. To sum up, choose your bathroom and leave the rest to Plumbits. Excellent service. Well pleased.

Excellent service provided by Plumbits Showroom. The planning was perfect, the store visit was a really pleasant experience. Julie was really helpful when deciding what fittings to choose. Everything was delivered as expected and Mark has made my bathroom look amazing and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend both Plumbits and Mark Middleton if you are considering having a new bathroom.

After being somewhat let down by a local plumber I was left searching for an elusive part for an older toilet. Andy at Plumbits was not just pleasant and helpful but he made a considerable effort to trace the part in question. We communicated by phone and he sent photographs and dimensions with the end result being that the part he provided was perfect. Very pleased with absolutely excellent service.

We came to Plumbits as a recommendation to help remodel our aging bathroom.
Julie James was extremely helpful through out the process, even though it was over email & phone due the current national lockdown measures in place. Everything part we were looking for was supplied and extremely flexible. Delivery and installation was faultless too. I would highly recommend their installer Steve Adams who was faced with a horrendous situation, but managed to over come each issue and installed a perfect bathroom for us.

When my boiler broke and I was in need of a new one, my Dad recommended I contact Plumbits. Within 15 minutes of my initial phone call to Plumbits, I had a quote for all of the parts I would require in my inbox. I ordered the parts the following day and they were delivered to my house the day after. My plumber didn't require one of the parts, and Plumbits happily refunded me for this item.

A little while later, my bathroom tap began dripping. Plumbits guided me on how to get to the part that needed replacing and dislodged it in the store as it was stuck. They provided the correct replacement part and the tap is no longer dripping. This saved me from buying a new tap set.

The quality of all the products purchased were excellent.
Suzi, who helped with our design and selections was very helpful and professional.
Everything was done within the timescale we were working to.
There was a problem with the tiles due to the manufacturer but Plumbits handled it extremely well and brought it to a conclusion quickly and to our full satisfaction.

All round excellent service from the Plumbits team. The whole process, from designing the layout and selecting the fittings though to building work and installation was superbly delivered. This was not a straightforward job as it involved removing walls and ceilings, blocking up old doorways and creating new ones and then creating and installing the new bathroom. Julie was incredibly helpful in managing the process and helping with the selection of the fittings. The build/installation team were quite superb. They were clearly at the top of their game with regards to the required skills and were friendly, tidy, professional and worked really hard to get the job delivered. The result is a really high quality, superbly finished shower room which would not look out of place in a top-end hotel. Overall, a great experience all round with the Plumbits team, and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Looking for an OEM shower screen replacement item from Moods Bathrooms who don’t sell direct to public. Moods Customer Service kindly offered two local suppliers who should be able to help me source. Contacted both to ask for help by email. Plumbits responded almost immediately and identified and sourced and priced very quickly. Ordered from them and they ensured that parts sent direct to home to avoid journeys out. Very very pleased with Julie at Plumbits.
Needless to say the other supplier Moods suggested still hasn’t responded!

Bathroom was installed and completed 14mths ago, unfortunately the fixed shower head became defective last week and was spraying water all over the bathroom floor.
A quick call to Plumbits showroom (Julie) who asked me to drop info onto an email. Julie subsequently contacted the manufacturer on my behalf who have agreed to issue a new one at no additional cost.
Superb aftersales service, and I would highly recommend a visit to the showroom (covid19 rules permitting) if you're in the market for a new bathroom suite as our experience from start to finish has been really positive.

Even during lockdown they contacted the supplier and were able to source a part required to replace a faulty flush button. Quick and responsive ......can't thank them enough. A small part which could have caused a major headache .
