My item was delivered promptly but…
The item was delivered promptly but when unpacked and checked prior to fitting the casing was found to be cracked. On this occasion i was able to effect a repair with super glue but I was disappointed to find it in this condition. Sadly I didn’t have time to send it back for a replacement.

Had ordered vokera pcb and received the invoice only to receive a call from the company saying they wouldn’t be able to honour that price that they had listed . I have reported this to trading standards on the grounds of falls advertisement

Unfortunately, due to a recent supplier price increase, the cost price of the Vokera PCB became higher than the price it was incorrectly listed at on our website. As a result, we were unable to fulfil the order at that price and contacted you as soon as possible to explain the situation.
We understand your frustration and apologise for the inconvenience caused. This was not an attempt at false advertising, but an unforeseen pricing error following supplier cost changes. We are currently reviewing our pricing processes to help prevent similar issues in future.
