PlumbingGiant Review – Poor Customer Service

I ordered an Ariston Velis 80L from PlumbingGiant and later requested a VAT invoice for my purchase. Despite emailing them and leaving a chat message, I received no response at all. This experience makes the business feel like a one‑man operation with effectively no customer service or after‑sales support. Based on this, I won’t be buying from PlumbingGiant again and would hesitate to recommend them to others.
