Disgusting con men. I am a fully qualified plumbing and heating engineer with over 20 years experience and today attended an elderly lady who had been charged over £450 to change a ball valve - would have been a 10 minute job at most. Cowboys like these should be ashamed of themselves
Plumbers charge £55 per half hour plus parts plus VAT. What seemed to be a small job and quoted no more than £250 from other services ended up at £700 taking 4.5 hours! Seemed like they charged for a full day or work. Parts were £69 so it is outrageous for them to charge close to 1k to change two parts one part from the boiler and one for a radiator valve. Traumatised after this experience! Wish I had seen these reviews sooner.
I do NOT recommend this plumbing company! They charged a ridiculously high fee for a simple job - and they took as long as possible on the day so they could charge even more.
Afterwards I asked another plumber for their opinion and they were shocked and puzzled at how much I was charged.
Beware as this company operates under different names such as First National Associates Limited or PLUMBERS4LESS or PlumbersForLess

Failed to turn up to appointments on three consecutive days.
I had a boiler service. My boiler is Worcester Bosch, 6 years old, installed properly, never faulted, always works. The guy did not do the full service (I have an engineering degree. I understand things), but tried to trick me into having a system flush, at much greater expense. He even suggested, just before leaving, I get a new boiler! No paperwork of ANY kind has been given to me, one month later. He tried to trick me by taking the iron deposits in the 'MagnaClean' unit (doing it's job correctly), and put them into the 'Siphon' to make it look like really nasty things were going wrong. He said he couldn't believe the boiler was working. When he realised I was reluctant to believe this, he later back-tracked totally, and said the Siphon had lots of 'other stuff' in it, and it probably wasn't iron after all. Also, I saw no evidence that the heat exchanger was cleaned, or gas pressure readings done. This company did not email me, ever, and provided no invoice, or service detail record.
Generally I won't give any reviews but I want people to protect them for these kind of people. Plumber came to change taps in bath tub and though of will do work for 1 hour or so but he spend 3 hours and charged us £415 for changing taps. Don't hire hourly charge people to do work.
Yet again outstanding work. Always a quick pleasant response. Thank you
Fantastic lads, fantastic job. All round good work and communication. Highly recommend this company for any plumbing repairs or heating problems you may have.
Great company, very happy with their work, highly recommended
DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE! If we could give them NO stars then we would. We called out Plumbers4Less to look at our Vaillant central heating boiler in the office which wasn't switching on. An engineer, Martin, arrived, removed the entire casing and after some time inspecting the boiler he declared that we needed a new water pump which would cost us £1,500 (parts & labour). He also declared that the normal call out fee is £65 but since he had been there for more than half an hour the charge would be £130. We decided to seek another opinion. Martin expected to be paid on the spot. A local company was called and arrived the next day. Their engineer looked at the boiler, pressed the "reset" button and the boiler fired up.
This company and particularly Gary are absolute lifesavers. They came out within half an hour of my calling them about a flooded kitchen and they did a thorough inspection and went above and beyond to put a fix in place. Given the job - the mess, the duration, and the tricky fix - they were reasonably priced, too. I recommend them wholeheartedly.
Thank you so much for attending in the middle of the night, wonderful helpful company, will definitely keep this number
